Today I woke up at 12:30PM. Giving me a nice 10Hours of sleep! Thats my record for this
90 Day program lol.

Anyway at 12:45PM I took: MEAL 1

L-Glut mix with water and 2Carbs worth of juice.

But she just told me that its hard for them two to be together since they rarely see each other. Anyway enough of this i'm out.

and I felt asleep at my job at 6:20AM to 7:20AM (10mins before my shift is over) Hopefully no one
caught me.

Story Time: I don't have much to say about my day other then I think my testing from the Plan I bought online is
helping me or at least it feels like it. Damn I really hope I pass. Other then that Nothing big happen to me today but
there is one thing that is bothering me a little bit. It's my own experiment for this diet thing, about being very inactive
for pretty the whole day and etc. My lack of physical activities is kinda depressing me. I miss the active sports side
of me. The freaking game is taking a piece of my life as well (I probably play like 8+ hours avg a day) but base on my
diet, its that or tv. I refuse to quit on my experiment tho, I just wish there a more funner way of doing this with out needing money.

Story Time: Today my day was pretty ongoing. Still mad about the Car getting stuck situation but oh well, it had to happen someday in my life. About my day with the girl, man I'm falling for her BUT I still refuse to make her my. I truly think nothing will changed my mind as well..maybe when I'm done with school, but for now I just can't. The day over all with her was just great, but one thing bother me a lot. I HATE ending a date with a girl that is NOT my GF with a kiss to the lips. It's just something in my being that I rather not do that, I like the kiss on the cheek but today she pretty much forced me to kiss her in the lips. I really tried to dodge the situation but it was just too hard and I just gave in. Anyway tomorrow is another day. Later

Today I woke up at 5:50PM, Giving me a close total of 10 hours. During this wake up, I noticed an awkward feeling on my back, it's like my upper right back muscle is not in its proper place. When I do certain movements my muscle does a weird adjustment feeling. I looked at the mirror but could'nt see anything weird. Its kinda worrying me but nothing I could do about it. I don't even have insurance to go to the doctor :/. Anyway..

Story Time: Well today was pretty much me doing nothing important other then fixing my Brother PC, which
I think would be pointless to talk about. In the other hand I REALLY wanted to see that girl who has a baby,
sucks that she had to be sleepy. Since I have nothing esle to talk about, I thought I should mention my Gyno
chest. For people that read DAY 1 Story Time, I open up by writting about my gyno (a case of fat behind the nipple
that is unremovable unless surgery is taken which for me goes for 6,700$) I said I will start saving like
20$ or something but I still have'nt put a dollar toward it :/. I just been helping my mom/dad with the money I make
really, gave her all my income tax money and help her with gas and just whenever she needs it. We still in the
crisses of losing house. I have no idea what is going to happen in the end of march since we will have no income
for the house. Hopefully something happens for the best of my parents. Anyway tomorrow is another day. Later

Been messing with my Meal data bases on mostly every different meal I ate in this 90 day program. I noticed
I did some mistakes such as Flatout should be 90 calories instead of 100 and minor adding mistakes but nothing
major like losing 5g for the day and etc. So I won't fix the previous adding mistakes since its pretty close
to what is meant to be but since I fix it, it should'nt be a problem now...hopefully lol. Anyway at..

Today I woke up at 4:10PM, giving me a close total of 5 Hours of sleep.

I started boiling my eggs, normally leaving it for 15-20mins, so for the meal time I rushed
to the supermarket to buy food. Eventually got home and at..

( I Broke night to have a somewhat normal sleeping time life, so I was up a close total of 30 Hours)

was nice. We pretty much talk and just hold eachother in the car. We probaby lay a lil too long because we both
felt a sleep on eachother in the car(about a 40min sleep). It was nice tho, I REALLY needed the sleep too lol,

Today I woke up at 8:20AM, giving me a close total of 7 Hours of sleep.


At 9:20AM I ate: MEAL 1

Special K Protein Plus(3/4 Cup): Calories-100 , Fat-3g , Total Carbs-14g , Protein-10g

After my Meal, I went onto my PC, and played my game while studying for my test.

At 12:10PM I ate: MEAL 2

Soybean(1/3 Cup): Calories-150 , Fat-6g , Total Carbs-6g , Protein-14g
Plublix Turkey Breast (2 slice): Calories-60 , Fat-1g , Total Carbs-2g , Protein-10g

After my Meal I went to get a haircut which I badly need one and after my haircut, I went right back
to the computer to continue to study. Hopefully this girl I might see today gets online. To see whats going
to happen for tonight.

At 3:30PM I ate: MEAL 3

Turkey Drumstick (1 serving): Calories-90 , Fat-3.5g , Total Carbs-og , Protein-14g
Natural Chunky Peanut Butter(1 Tbsp): Calories-105 , Fat-8g , Total Carbs-3g , Protein-4g
