Day 51: RECOVERY WEEK Day 2; CORE SYNERGISTIC Today I woke up at 6:25PM, luckily my mom actually woke me up this time, and thankfully she boil the Eggs for me as well. At 8:30PM I: WORKOUT HIIT 15MIN RUN HIIT: I'm loving my HIIT progress, my ulitmate goal for this program is to get HIIT to 25mins, I'm going push myself for that goal within the next 39 days. Hopefully I get there. I studied, went to work, studied like many more hours and then I studied more. Over all, I really have nothing to say but I am extremely excited to play Vegas 2 for Xbox live. I CAN'T WAIT. I'm going to enter a tournament as well for the game, Winning Team gets 10,000$. I truly can't wait for the game, it comes out exactly on my 60th Day of my program. For sure on my 60th day, i'm going to workout the moment I get up or like after my breakfast meal. Beside that my mood been pretty normal and boring and stressful due to this stupid test I will be doing soon. Anyway tomorrow hopefully something exciting, so I could write about it. Later. So I called tech support for help. I did'nt mentioned it during the journal but after I came from outside, I talk to the girl who I was suppose to meet from the internet (Known as The PR girl). I can't lie, I seen her new pictures today and was like damnum she prettyyy. We had a nice conversation as well, it was a nice feeling, she beg me to call her BUT I forgot. Anyway eventually I made my Meal 1. At 9:45 I ate: MEAL 1 Publix Turkey Breast (2 slice): Calories-60 , Fat-1g , Total Carbs-2g , Protein-10g Soybean(1/3 Cup): Calories-150 , Fat-6g , Total Carbs-6g , Protein-14g Special K Protein Plus(3/4 Cup): Calories-100 , Fat-3g , Total Carbs-14g , Protein-10g Total: Calories 310 , Fat 10g , Total Carbs 22g , Protein 34g I then continued messing with my computer and while waiting for these awful scans, I decided to waste some time on my Xbox. At 11:50AM I ate: MEAL 2 Flaxseed Oil(2 tsp): Calories-90 , Fat-10g , Total Carbs-0g , Protein-0g Whey Protein (10g of Protein): Calories-65 , Fat-1.25g , Total Carbs-2.5g , Protein-10g Cottage Cheese(1/2 Cup): Calories-90 , Fat-1g , Total Carbs-4g , Protein-16g Total: Calories 245 , Fat 12.25g , Carbs 6.5g, Protein 26g Finally the scans was once over and guess what, it found NO PROBLEMS. Hours and hours of scans for no reason. I then call tech support to fix this issue. Still on the phone for hours.. I.. So they sending me a new one. Once I was done with the tech people, I called the place where I need to do my testing and im PISS off. They still say that they don't have my application. So in no time I can't take the test. It's really pissing me off because I hate studying, and the longer I wait, the more I need to refresh my memory . Anyway around 6PM I was playing xbox and girl who has baby called me. She beg me to see her, so I told her after my meal I will pick her up BUT I will have to workout still while she with me..she agreed. So at.. I did'nt study today but it was good not studying lol, I needed that break. MY time with the girl who has baby was real nice. I enjoy her companion especially since I been on this diet, I been inactive with the outside world a lot, that will change tho when I finish this experimental diet and start my firefighter school.Anyway i'm off this. Hi mate is this where you got your calendar from? Clicky on meh! Yes I’ve had a mess around with the P90x vids. The bit where he does those Cherry Bombs in P90X+, that blonde bird and bald man were just normal P90x grads who I guess made their way into the new batch of vids owing to their physique. That bald fella has a top body. Since you bought some Soya I thought you might wanna have a read of this: Some say its health food and should be consumed regularly, even supplemented, others say its dangerous - hide the children, lock the doors and protect yourself from the soy!!!! Lets look at the recent literature about soy. Soy contains phyto-estrogens, which are the plants hormones that are molecularly very similar to human hormones. They can bind weakly to estrogen receptors in the body. For people with estrogen-sensitive tumors (e.g. some breast cancers of prostate cancer) its not such a good idea to have these receptor sites over-stimulated. Menopausal women who have ovaries, which no longer produce the estrogen they once did, may benefit from this hormonal boost. It's all a matter of moderation and suitability. Excess intake of soy can have adverse hormonal effects involving the reproductive organs and the thyroid. Soy decreases testosterone so men may experience low libido and decreased sperm count. Women may experience an array of symptoms since the thyroid gland will also be affected. When there is too much soy in the system, a woman may complain of fatigue, low libido, heavy menstrual flow, cramping, infertility, depression, hair loss, dry skin and weight gain. It is the genistein that has been blamed for the "irreversible damage" to the enzyme that synthesizes thyroid hormone. The processing of soy also makes it a less than desirable food item since the process involves chemicals, such as aluminum, high heat and pressure, robbing it of nutrients it may have had. The high temperature denatures the protein so that it is virtually useless as a protein source. Some people even refer to soy as an anti-nutrient since it contains protease inhibitors, phytates, saponins, isoflavones which interfere with nutrient digestion, mineral absorption, and the immune system. Phytic acid, from the hull, is the part that blocks mineral absorption especially calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc. Unfortunately, cooking soy does not deactivate the phytates like it does for other foods that are high in phytic acid. Other vitamins actually increase their requirements when soy is consumed, such as Vitamins E, K, D and B12. Trypsin is an enzyme that is responsible for the breakdown of proteins and this action is blocked by soy. When proteins are not completely broken down they tend to putrefy in the gut leading to a host of GI symptoms. Research has also shown that when trypsin is continuously inhibited that the pancreas is prone to pathologies, including cancer. Soy also contains a substance that promotes red blood cells to clot and together with trypsin, this dynamic duo has been shown to inhibit growth. Fermenting soy products inactivates these harmful effects. It is also important to note that there are many hidden sources of soy including margarine, ice cream, pastas, bread, chips, cereals, canned tuna, fast-food burgers and vegetable oil. For more information about the deception of the soy industry, read the book, The Whole Soy Story, By Kaayla Daniel. She claims that a safe level of soy is less than 36 g a day, which is similar to what is eaten in Japan, the country with the highest soy consumption. (As a comparison, a cup of tofu weighs 252 g.) OK, so let's finish with saying something positive about soy. Did you know that soy has the potential to be a plant-based renewable resource that could replace petroleum-based plastics and fuels? Now that's good news for our children!

jw8725, Thanks A LOT for the information about the Soy. I'm sad now lol. I guess I will take 30g a day until I finish it and never touch it again. Look what one article said : "It is child abuse to feed a baby soy formula. A baby fed soy will receive, through the phytoestrogens, the equivalent of approximately 5 birth control pills per day! The damage is incalculable." I was like . Once again thanks , I would have blindly took like 90g avg a day worth of serving. === About the P90X calendar. I don't have that one, but that one is pretty nice looking and looks cool too. Do you have Excel? If yes, I will send you a copy of my over the net for free. Just let me know if you have Excel, it's needed to run it. About the bald guy, if i'm not mistaken, I THINK he use to do journals with P90X on the beach body forum (I only went to that site like 2 times, so I'm not sure) but if im right about him, he did P90X like 8-9 times(like 2-3 yrs of it). Yea thats a good idea, I kinda wish I did bulk up for these 90 Days then started P90X. I did not tho because 1-2 weeks after I finish this 90 Day program I will start firefighters School (Start in April 28), thats why I took the P90X route for endurance and stamina since I was told by the firefighters, strength is not a huge factor. But Man the way you planning to do it, you should look real good, I would love to see your progression pictures as you do it. After my 90 Days, I'm at lost on what I should do since I will be attending firefighter school . Maybe you could help me. Think I should do a round 2 of P90X but the Plus version? Tony the main guy, do say if you want mass in his program, to lower the reps and add weights (I truly think P90X is'nt good for mass gains). Since I want to better myself in the endurance sections, I thought to give round 2 a go but to try for increase mass this time (Endurance as a main priority, I just don't want to look like a skinny kid if I go on another cutting diet, thats why I say Mass this time using high calorie intake). Day 56: RECOVERY WEEK Day 7(Last recovery day before I do weights again, yay!); REST DAY Today I woke up at 12:20PM, giving me a total of 6 Hours and 20mins of sleep. I was FINALLY going to start saving for my future Gyno surgery but now I have to buy a Car Radio. Before even bother going and as mad as I was, I went online to search for a radio at best buy and circuit city. Found certain nice ones. Anyway the girl who has a baby was online, so we talked and she ask if she could go, so we agree to but I had to wait until her sister comes to get the baby. Anyway eventually I left my house and bought for a quick meal.. At 4:00PM I ate: MEAL 2 Jack link's Beef Steak: Calories-150 , Fat-2g , Total Carbs-4g , Protein-28g Pistachio Nuts: Calories-160 , Fat-12.6g , Total Carbs-8g , Protein-6g Total: Calories 310 , Fat 14.6g , Carbs 12g, Protein 34g As I was eating my Meal, I got to her house. We talk and goof around for a bit...took out some of my anger :). Anyway after going to best buy and circuit city and wasting sooo much time between the 2 stores, I finally bought it and got it installed. After getting done, we went straight to her house and I ate.. Right after buying the donuts, I had no food access for my next meal, so I decided to go wendys and buy chicken ceasar salad. I never eating the dressing, I like it Raw. (Still need a calorie count for it, will edit once I get it)..Anyway once getting to her house.. I ate. At 9:45PM I ate: MEAL 4 Wendy's Ceasar Chicken Salad(No dressing):Calories-240 , Fat-8g , Total Carbs-17g , Protein-27g Total: Calories 240 , Fat 8g , Total Carbs 17g , Protein 27g After my Meal, we once again talk and watch TV. Eventually I was getting tired and told them I had to go...did'nt really go as planned lol. As I was in the Car, the girl with the baby came in as well to bother me...eventually that bothering me lead to like a lot of hours in the car. At around 12:30AM the WORST had to happen .. The Car did NOT want to start. I was like omgggggggg, I just wanted to get home. (Well talk about the rest in Story Time)..eventually I got home (Yay) and at.. At 1:45AM I ate: MEAL 5 My last serving of Soybean before I trash the remaining soy. Sleep at 5:00AM. Final Total: Calories 1449 , Fat 63.4g , Total Carbs 70g , Protein 151.4g Story Time: Today was a somewhat BAD LUCK day but then again that girl who has a baby changed that for me and made it felt somewhat good. Here a recap, Woke up >>> Mom tells me first thing that the car radio is stolen and I must buy one since it was my fault >>> Did'nt studied >>> Finally had money to save for my future surgery(Gyno) now must be spent on a car radio >>> Spent close to 200$ on the car radio/installion>>> got like 10$ left>>> Once decided to go home, the car did NOT want to start, leaving me stuck in the girl who has a baby parking lot until help came. Bad day was'nt it? Shocking it was'nt because of her. The moment we got together she ease my anger and we just had a nice time even tho I got left with 10$. Everytime we be alone, it just feel right and whatever bad happened during the day is just forgotten. One thing I did catch, while waiting for help she was concerned about me and was just on my side, she sad she was'nt going to leave me alone..eventually some nice person helped me and my car started to work again (I was EXCITED) but I noticed she was'nt. She actually wanted me being there with her for the night. She even confessed it by saying "I wish it was'nt fix". Her saying that kinda made me :/ but I still had to go home. At 10:10PM I: WORKOUT CHEST & BACK Feeling about today's Workout: Seconds before my workout I was a little scare that I might have gottin worst compared to WEEK 3 Progress, but man I was wrong. My workout increase pretty damn good for me. Over all i'm happy with today results( Compare Week 3 to Week 9; in case people are wondering Week 4 to 8 I was doing something else for a Saturday Workout) I got one more "Chest & Back" for my 90 Day program. I wonder how i'm going to for that one. Wonder If I could double my Push-ups compared to what I did on WEEK 1 Max. Anyway I will have to wait and see. Note: I lifted 60lbs instead of 70lbs because I sadly forgot to bring the extra weight to work At 11:10PM I took: MEAL 5 Whey Protein (40g of Protein): Calories-260 , Fat-5g , Total Carbs-10g , Protein-40g Banana(Medium,1/2): Calories-55 , Fat-.2g , Total Carbs-13.5g , Protein-.75g Total: Calories 315 , Fat 5.2g , Carbs 23.5g, Protein 40.75g After my Workout, just mess with my journal for a bit and then decided to edit a picture which took me close to 2 hours to edit it. Feel soooooo tired. I decided to not even bother reading and just play a PC game in m laptop so i won't go to sleep at my job. Eventually at.. At 2:40AM I: WORKOUT AB RIPPER X/ HIIT RUN 25mins! A 10Min jump from the last HIIT. About my HIIT Run: I don't know how to explain this but OMG, I was exploded with energy. I felt like I could run forever. Last HIIT run (Was 6 Days ago) I max at 15 Mins, today I max at 25Mins and I felt I could have push a couple of more minutes but I could'nt because I needed to call my supervisor for my every hour checkup. The thing that I find weird about it, is that seconds before I started the session, I was tired and felt wasted, even for the first 2-3 minutes I just wanted to stop but out of nowhere I just would'nt get tired and kept going. My only concern now, is atleast matching my HIIT for my next run. Over all I am happy, this was my goal for the entire 90 Day program and reached it at Day 57. Anyway after my HIIT Run.. At 3:45AM I took: MEAL 7 Whey Protein (20g of Protein): Calories-130 , Fat-2.5g , Total Carbs-5g , Protein-20g Special K Protein Plus(3/4 Cup): Calories-100 , Fat-3g , Total Carbs-14g , Protein-10g Total: Calories 230 , Fat 5.5g , Total Carbs 19g , Protein 30g After my Meal, I went online just to waste time until I go home and man oh man, I am SLEEPY. I want to sleep soo bad, and the internet is not helping me staying awake. Anyway at.. Gum: 20 Calories and 4 Carbs Went to sleep at 8:00AM. Final Total: Calories 2284, Fat 68.6g , Total Carbs 184.5g , Protein 246.75g Story Time: Today in terms of working out, it was real good. I guess recovery week really did help me out. I'm very please of my progression from previous workout of Chest/back and HIIT to today's workout. Since I reached my goal of 25min HIIT, my new goal is 30mins for the remaining of my 90 Day program. I think it's reasonable for me hopefully. Other then that I don't have much to say since I talk about it after my workout for today journal. So with that said, Later. Lazy Fact: 16+ Hours of sitting/lying down.

At 4:20AM I ate: MEAL 7 Natural Chunky Peanut Butter(2 Tbsp): Calories-210 , Fat-16g , Total Carbs-6g , Protein-8g Whey Protein (10g of Protein): Calories-65 , Fat-1.25g , Total Carbs-2.5g , Protein-10g Cottage Cheese(1/2 Cup): Calories-90 , Fat-1g , Total Carbs-4g , Protein-16g Total: Calories 365 , Fat 18.25g , Total Carbs 12.5g , Protein 34g At this point right here, i'm struggling to stay awake in my job, it's just sooo hard. I stop studying because knowing me, I will pass out within seconds. At 7:00AM I ate: MEAL 8 Publix Turkey Breast (4 slice): Calories-120 , Fat-2g , Total Carbs-4g , Protein-20g Natural Chunky Peanut Butter(1 Tbsp): Calories-105 , Fat-8g , Total Carbs-3g , Protein-4g Total: Calories 225 , Fat 10g , Total Carbs 7g , Protein 24g Finally after 30mins from my meal, I was able to go home and SLEEP. Went to sleep at 8:00AM. Final Total: Calories 2034 , Fat 77.45g , Total Carbs 150.5g , Protein 217g Story Time: Nothing special worth mentioning happen to me today, I just want to hurry up and go HOME before I fall sleep in my job. Today's Workout was smooth, just a day closer to the 60th day, :). Anyway Later. Lazy Fact: 17+ Hours of sitting/laying down.

Day 59: WORKOUT SHOULDERS / TRICEPS Today I wokeup at 1:00PM, giving me a total of 5 Hours of sleep. At 1:15PM I took: L-Glut with water. At 1:40PM I: WORKOUT AB RIPPER X/ HIIT 25MIN RUN Before going into this workout session, I was a little worry I wouldn't match my 25MIN Run, due to the ackward increase in HIIT progress from 15min to a leaping 25min....So did I match it??..well im happy to say I did matched it but it was much instense compared to my previous HIIT.I'm hoping every Saturday to increase it at least by a minute to reach my final Goal. Anyway right after my workout I... On the of the girl who has a baby hasn't been calling me. I find it WEIRD/awkward. She have'nt even been online. I truly don't know what could be possibly wrong here. I rarely call the girl but this time it kinda bothered me not talking since Friday (Makes 4 Days today), so I decided to call her and no answer. I tried around midnight and still no answer. On the conversation, it felt dry and just not normal, huge gaps of quietness as well. Hopefully her awkwardness stops because I don't want to lose her friendship. I truly think is that she missing her ex and wants him back, if thats the case I really hope they get back together, I just don't want to lose her friendship. Anyway. Later.
