Day 82: FINAL LEG & BACK; Wednesday, 8 DAYS LEFT



Today I woke up at 9:00AM, giving me a total of 7 hours of sleep.

At 10:00AM I ate:MEAL 1

Burger bun: Calories-130 , Fat-1g , Total Carbs-27 , Protein-5g
Egg Whites (4 Eggs): Calories-69 , Fat-0.2g , Total Carbs-1 , Protein-14.4g
Bagel: Calories-230 , Fat-1g , Total Carbs-48g , Protein-8g

Total: Calories 429 , Fat 2.2g , Total Carbs 76g , Protein 27.4g




Since yesterday I did'nt get my uniform, I ask my mom if she could take me so I could study
in the car. She agreed :) . Eventually we finished getting the stuff done and then decided to go
to burger king and ate...

At 1:00PM I ate:MEAL 2

We then went straight home. I then decided after messing with the internet for a bit, to buy some food.
Since my diet really lacks vegetables, I decided to check on them (dislikes most vegetables). Found
some "Organic spinach" and was amazed by the nutrition data. 7g of carbs consisting of all fiber with
2g of protein and only 10 calories for such a huge amount per serving. I decided to grab it and
hopefully I will like it and add it to a future diet for a daily thing. Anyway eventually I went
home and..


At 3:50PM I ate:MEAL 3

Special K Protein Plus(3/4 Cup): Calories-100 , Fat-3g , Total Carbs-14g , Protein-10g
Apple(med serving): Calories-72 , Fat-0.2g , Total Carbs-19.1g , Protein-0.4g

I then went on to play xbox 360 to waste time to workout,

At 6:30PM I: FINAL LEG & BACK Workout


Side Note: c= Used chair for assisted
t= Total, Toe Row Iso lungs= Did'nt use weights thru whole program.
Calf Raise Squats = 25 reps = all
super skater = 25 reps = all
Actually to make this short all the "ALL" = 25 reps or completed the time duration of
that workout.



About my Final Leg & Back: Well in terms of Legs, for this workout I could'nt really improve much since
almost all the movements consist of durations such as wall squats. When I did you weights, I did increase....
just not as much. For the workout using mainly my back, well I feel I made HUGE improvement. Comparing Week 1 to
Week 12, my reps increase dramatically, I even triple some of my week 1 reps. Over all i'm please with the
comparison of week 1 to week 12.




At 9:50PM I ate:MEAL 4

After my meal, I studied and surf the net until I couldn't handle it no more and slept.

Story Time: Well today me and the girl who has a baby did'nt talk much, just online for like 5 minutes
but let her go to go buy food. Other then that...nothing between us. Nothing huge happen today other then
I finally finish my uniform stuff, all I need is the gear and i'm all set for school :). As with studies,
i'm doing great progress to finish the book BEFORE I even start school. Base on my goal per day to reach a certain
amount of pages per day, I should finish 3 days before school starts. Hopefully my determination to finish the book
don't quit on me. Other then that, I have nothing to say...oh yea today was my LAST day using weights, from
here to DAY 90, it's pretty much light cardio, Yoga, Core and Muscle recovery. Ok now i'm done. Later.

Side note: I noticed my calories sucked today.


Story Time: I did'nt mentioned during the day but around 7PM, I was talking to my aunt, the same person who is trying to help my mom/dad with the mortgage. Since my mom was in church, I was doing the talking. She told me that she can't get nothing to work for us, that if we don't sell the house within a certain aabout of days, we will go to foreclosure
and lose the house :/. I truily hope something gets done because this is hurting my mom sooo much. I told my aunt that
once I finish school (End of july), I could be a full-time worker and help but it might be too late. Really sucks seeing
my mom sitting on the sofa alone just crying. Other then the house situation, I did'nt talk to the girl who has a baby
today at all. Stuff between us is getting "Distance" and it's not a good feeling. I will see what happens tomorrow.

I was able to grab a couple of phone numbers to help prevent foreclosures. Hopefully one of these numbers is the key to stop us from losing the house. Since my dream job is to be a fire fighter, and I should be able to get my license in July, I thought why not start looking for a job. So I did. Found some nice site to look at for job openings, also got some numbers that have job opens, I might call to see if it's possible to hold me the position until i'm done with school since some departments does do that. Anyway eventually at...

Sadly it's my fault for casting everyone away from me so I could study and workout, thats the price I got to pay I guess to reach my goal. Anyway i'm out later.

book, which is somewhat keeping me awake. Eventually and happily 7:30AM came so i could get my as$ home, yay. After going home
finally I went online to post one of my journals and wasted time on the net before I went to sleep.

At 9:00AM I went to sleep.

Final Total: Calories 1707 , Fat 65.75g , Total Carbs 86.5g , Protein 168g


Story Time: Today nothing huge happen that I would say impacted my feeling. I'm am please with my reading progress though, I
truly think at my rate, I will be able to finish my book 3-5 days before I even start my very first class. Like I said nothing
new happen to me, especially when i'm in my job doing 12 hour shifts of mostly sitting down. Anyway to tomorrow, Later.

About my final Kenpo X: Well Kenpo X is a cardio video, it's pretty similar to Taebo. I really can't say I
improve since I completed the video every time. It was getting easiar thats for sure. Actually with the
exception of like 2 videos or maybe 3 I did ALL my kenpo X while watching TV shows.


Anyway after my workout I just watch TV and eventually at..

Side note: After adding everything up, I notice that..OMG my calories SUCKED, every intake sucked today
badly, that what happens when I play too much games and not looking at the time to eat. Also this is my worst
calorie intake for the whole program.


Story Time: well today was pretty much straight forward, I play games..eat..workout and just watch tv. One thing did happen that I did'nt mentioned. While I was playing games around 5PM, I noticed the girl who has a baby was online and had an away message saying "Fuc guys". Me being nice, I IM her asking her whats wrong. She said she tired of waiting for Mr. Right. (I'm assuming that some guy got her mad and due to that, she put that "AWAY MSG" up and partial reasons of her liking me but i'm not showing it back.) Anyway me playing the game, I answer her back like 20 minutes later and replied "You can't rush it"..never got a replied back. Did it bother me?!? NO. I kept playing my game, damn I sound mean for writing that. Anyway enough said, im out. Later.

Yay I finally caught up with my journal. I'm excited yayyyyyyyy. Don't mind me, Journal is time consuming for me. Anyway...

This is something I made on "Day 30" (Was bored lol) I know its not a good picture..well maybe to certain people
since one is black and white and other is not, but like I said I was bored that day. So with that said here a progress

I'm still currently at Day 90..well realistically on Day 91 but I still count it as day 90 since I have not slept yet. So once I wake up I will post day 90 then my whole progress after that post from pictures to measurements to stuff I accomplish in these 90 days. I already spent like 3+ hours counting the freaking calories/protein/carbs/fats from Day 30 to Day 90 and it was NOT Fun. Anyway for now i'm going to read my Fire book, so later.

FINAL STATS

Well this is the end of my 90 Day experiment of trying to get as fit as possible while being
extremely inactive in my daily life (Sitting/lying down 10 hours to even 24+ hours a day). I will say
stuff that I didn't mention in my diet, some will be bad, some will be good and some are the obvious.

"SIDE NOTE: It would be cool if you do not skip to the pictures and read it from start to end"


Before I post any pictures I will just want to give you a overview of my accomplishment within the past
90 Days.

My Personal Accomplishments during these 90 Days:

1. Completing this experiment with such an intense workout.
2. Reaching 30 Minutes on HIIT by running 30 Seconds and jogging 30 seconds.
3. I didn't really eat bad bad food, I was strict 99% on my choice of food time.
4. GOT MY EMT LICENSE! (Still excited about it)
5. Well I haven't reach it yet but I made great progress reading my fire fighter textbook
before school even starting! Got 200 pages left out of 1000 pages.

The Bad- Will it have a impact on my results?!?

Ok, now that I got my accomplishments out of the way, I thought I should mention some bad stuff I did not mention
in my diet and stuff that if you kept track on my diet, you will notice it was awful.

My Bad list

1. EVERYTIME I eat ANYTHING with Cottage cheese during my diet, I would add 1 to 2 packs of
Artificial Sugar (Spenda mostly). I would say I normally avg 2-4 packs a day. Is there a reason why I
put spenda in my cottage? Well cottage is NASTY to me, so I added it just for taste purpose and mixing it
with 10g of whey chocolate made it taste pretty good. There been research that spenda will make a
person Fat...Will it my weight loss ?

2. Diet coke- Well during the first 60 days, I could say I only took like 5-7 Cans of diet coke. After reading an article
by a fellow MT member about diet coke getting people fat, I told myself I will stop for the remaining of the program. Sad
thing about it, was my mom bought loads of diet coke, during the last 2 weeks I would say I consumed over 20 Cans of diet
coke. I sadly couldn't control myself when I see diet coke. I would say I consume over 40 Cans for the entire program.
I actually should confess that I have a weakness for calorie free stuff, even if its not healthy if it say 0, I would eat it.
Anyway will diet coke break my goal to lose weight?

3. I must confess, I did work out extremely hard on my workouts but I would say 90% of my workouts I was watching TV or
watching online TV (Except during HIIT). Even though I was watching TV I must say I was pushing myself to the limit but I can't
deny the fact that there was times I would blank out while watching TV (3-5 seconds) catching myself just standing still
instead of doing the workout. All in all, I did push myself to the limit.

4. My VEGETABLES!- I have a horrible intake of vegetables. Probably the worst one in the MT site. I just don't like it. Some are ok
but over all I ate none for the day or probably no more then 60 calories for the day. I could say not even .01% of my TOTAL calories consist of
vegetables. I do plan on a future diet to add a solid portion for vegetables but for now I probably can't even be in a diet due to no job
since I will be in school.

5. Certain poor meals- There were time I just was too lazy to make a somewhat decent meal and would eat meals such as

Raw Peanuts(1/2 Cup): Calories-180 , Fat-11g , Total Carbs-8g , Protein-7g
Raw Peanuts(1/2 Cup): Calories-180 , Fat-11g , Total Carbs-8g , Protein-7g
Raw Peanuts(1/2 Cup): Calories-180 , Fat-11g , Total Carbs-8g , Protein-7g

Total: Calories 540 , Fat 33g , Total Carbs 24g , Protein 21g

Me not knowing about combining different proteins for a complete meal, I would just eat a meal such as the one above. I would think to
myself "YAY 21g protein and Good Fat". Thanks god I didn't do this much but fact is I did do it sometimes.

6. Couple of times I just didn't sleep at all and stood up for over 30+ Hours. I did this due to my job not letting me have a normal life
time. So I skip sleep to somewhat have a normal life time. I probably did this like 4-8 times. Not sure, but if curious, its in my
journal for sure.

Part of my program was to be inactive. The question is how inactive was I really? did sleep affect me?


MY AVERAGE SLEEP AND SITTING/LYING DOWN.

Stats are from "Day 30 to 60" and "Day 60 to 90" *An accurate estimate*


Day 30 to 60:

TOTAL Hours is 720 Hours for 30 Days.

Spent 199 Hours on sleeping which is an average of 6 Hours and 35 mintutes of sleep.
Spent 369 Hours of Sitting and lying down which is an average of 12 Hours and 30 minutes of being inactive.

Total hours of being inactive is 568 Hours which is 79% of the Month.

28% is Sleeping, 51% is Sitting/lying down; 5% is Working out = 84%. The remaining 17 % is making food, shower, getting dress and etc.


Day 60 to 90:

TOTAL Hours is 720 Hours for 30 Days.

Spent 198 Hours on sleeping which is an average of 6 Hours and 35 mintutes of sleep. (In shock to be just 1 hour less to match my preivous month)
Spent 426 Hours of Sitting and lying down which is an average of 14 Hours and 15 minutes of being inactive.

Total hours of being inactive is 624 Hours which is 87% of the Month. (OMG I should be even more ashame base on that % to be inactive)

27% is Sleeping, 60% is Sitting/lying down; 5% is Working out = 92%. The remaining 8 % is making food, shower, getting dress and etc.

OVERVIEW ON MY DIET

Now an overview of my diet then the pictures, chances are people already saw the pictures
but oh well.

These are my diet Stats. Base on my journal I decided to calculate from "Day 30 to 60" and "Day 60 to 90"


DAY 30 to 60

Total calories: 50777
My average per day were 1692 calories.

FAT: My total gram were 1661.75g which is the same as 14,955.75 Calories for the Month.
It was average to 55.39g per day. My Fat % intake for the month was 29%.


Carbs: My total gram were 3531.1g which is the same as 13,284.57 Calories for the Month.
It was average to 117.703g per day. My Carbs % intake for the month was 27%.


Protein: My total gram were 5634.17g which is the same as 22,536.68 Calories for the Month.
It was average to 187.8g per day. My Protein % intake for the month was 44%.

Day 30-60

TOTAL Hours 720 Hours = 28% Sleeping 51% Sitting/lying down; 5% Working out = 84%; 17 % Food making, walking around and etc.

Food intake Ratio was 44:27:29; P:C:F




DAY 61 to 90

Total calories: 48912
My average per day were 1630.4 calories.

FAT: My total gram were 1898.35g which is the same as 17,085.15 Calories for the Month.
It was average to 63.28g per day. My Fat % intake for the month was 35%.


Carbs: My total gram were 4802g which is the same as 12,127 Calories for the Month.
It was average to 160g per day. My Carbs % intake for the month was 25%.


Protein: My total gram were 4924.9g which is the same as 19,699.6 Calories for the Month.
It was average to 164.16g per day. My Protein % intake for the month was 40%.



Important Note: Day 30-60 my carbs avg was 117g and from Day 60-90 it jump to 160g BUT THE CALORIES from Day 60-90 is
LESS! Why? Because I ate a lot of fiber (ALWAYS counted fiber since Day 1 as grams of carbs)

Just something I would like to point out about counting calories. As weird as this might sound i'm not a counting
calorie person, I do keep track and my numbers should be somewhat accurate but I don't plan my calories, I just eat and write
down what I eat, at the end of the day is when I count my calories. Some days I be like OMG only 1,100 calories for the day? or
sometimes I add it up and its over 3,000. I'm pretty good keeping a decent calorie limit without adding it up, so my intakes for
protein,carbs and Fat are mostly consistent.

planned for the past 90 Days.

I did'nt take final measurements but I will if requested.


Final Weight-in is 152 lbs.

Lost a total of 17lbs and BF% went from 13.6% to a 9.5% *Based on my caliper*
My heart rate was 82 bpm and it went down to 62 bpm!!!


My Personal experience for this experiment:
