ORIGINAL: CJW As are those sorts of comments. How long have you been training for Swift? bout 12-15 months -ish with weights before that did loads of bodyweight stuff when i went through my 'i want to be a marine' stage got some fairly respectable numbers too, did 85odd proper pressups in two minutes before regular weight training, defo stood me in good stead i reckon

What stands out is the lacks of carbs after training, at 9:30 cant you get a decent amount in you and protein from meat?

I can and will if needed what do you suggest? perhaps tuna and oats after PWO protein shake? say 32g protein from tuna and say 60-80g of carbs from oats/weetbaix?

If thats what you like to eat then should be fine, 60-80g's of carbs is around 100g of oats or 1 medium mug full i think, or 5-6 weetabix. Then after that meal either the Bedtime extreme stuff, or maybe the traditional 200g cottage cheese, carbs if you feel you need them, i.e bulking etc.
