yes mate in an ideal world, but its not always as easy as that is it?

your what 12-13 stone?

if you want to make yourself a 14-15 stone person you have to eat like one, that means eating in a calory surplus and whilst some weeks your lifts dont go up and you may feel fat in the whole scheme of things your making that transition.

if for every 4lbs i added i decided to adjust, me being somewhat a perfectionist would never get anywhere with adding a bit and cutting abit.

id end up with 5-9lbs of gain a year, which for a bulk IMO is a poor return for eating clean and training like an animal year round.

All i knows is that in the big picture im 20% into my potential, i want some fookin size and i will get the fcuker.

chest and bi's last night

nothing earth shattering didnt really feel up for it, but i was looking large even i say so myself.

4 sets flat bench with 90kg

4 sets incline smith machine 70kg

body weight dips 3 sets with very little rest inbetween

1 sets barbell curl 35kg

3 sest db curl 18kg

2 sets hammer curl 16kg

behind back barbell forearm curl 2 sets 40kg

my triceps are growing like stink atm, im going to need to pay more attention to my delts and lats as my chest overpowers them.

Looks like the sun is coming back to the midlands now.

im oh so tempted to start cutting a bit now, and i know its going to be harder when i see my mates that are naturally cut albeit not very big through the summer months looking bronze god like.

but no, im going to carry on bulking through summer, through winter and see what i look like this time next year.

I have no doubt in my mind i can add good muscle, that aint a problem. its trying to keep bodyfat levels under control. which means clean diet which tbf aint a problem for me.

i reckon 16-17 stone at 20%bf next year. ill be 19yo at that point.

ill then do my first cut which will leave me at i dunno 13-13.5 stone pretty damn cut hopefully.

then buy the time im 21 i will have done another 2 year-18month bulk. i will be fooking well on my way.

then ill probably do some gear.....maybe. i hear good things about tren

so thats my plan^^^^^^^^
im off for the first protein hit out of 10,00000000 im gonna need to get there
