well ive been doing a couple days work with my dad doing kitchens in london which have been very long days with the travelling. up at 4am home at 7pm

loads of fit burds in london. got a £50 tip off the customer which was pretty sound of him

pretty good mate.

benched 100kg for 6 reps last night which is a new pb.

dont think ill compete mate, not sure my hearts in it tbh, ill put a couple new pics up soon though

wont be long before i do some gear i think.

maybe sust, maybe test fcuk knows

Fair enough no point in going into it half hearted anyway.

When you do get on gear run it by with me first, because you havnt got a clue do you Sust is test btw, sust is just a test blend.

* got pics starting in my journal now every 2 weeks of my cut.

yeah i heard sust is a blend , ive heard its better than just a basic type of test.

yeah ill run it by you i dont know fcuk all mate, i know how id pin myself but thats it.

mate ive never touched eph, fat burners, nothing. which i think is good in some ways as i can use those things later down the line. just food literally.

exactly **** getting on stage a ropey looking natural

im getting some semi decent thickness now, hopefully when i hit the juice ill tank up a bit more.

ill keep posted on your journal mate

Tbh there is fook all differance between sust and test e or c. just sust kicks in a little quicker.

Uve still got ure Aces intact mate soon as you get on gear and other assistance you body will totally change.

A 10 week cycle of test as a first cycle your looking at a solid 10-16 lb gain.

Your first cycle is ALWAYS your best.

anything really mate to be honest. im going college in september to do a electricians course just something to keep me going until then.

luckily i saved a bit from my last job and im using job seekers allowance (dole) to get by on.

dont know who dave tate is but, that quote is pretty cool. i guess if you apply yourslef and be consistent over a long period of time then youve sussed it.

For what its worth, I reckon it would be a lot more benificial to you, if you do a big cut while natural, you`ll find out what works well for you, whats not for you, what tissue is actually there, and it will give you an idea if this is something you want to really go for.

You wouldnt want to make mistakes cutting after a cycle and end up loosing muscle youve spent a lot of time, effort and money on, you could always start the sauce soon as the cuts finished and really go for it on the rebound.

Right on. One of my best friends is actually going for an electrician course in September as well. He's got a summer job paying $15/h (think that's 8 pounds?). C.unt

Dave Tate's a big name powerlifter. He's done a tonne of articles and videos. Used to train at Westside Barbell (one of the biggest powerlifting gyms ever)
