12 Chin Ups please. Planning on doing the 2k row tomorrow, my previous pb is 6:24.1 done Jan 07 but doubt I'd get anywhere near that. Anything below 7mins and I'll be happy. Doing the bleep test on Friday as well

Under 7:00 is the Holy Grail for a 2k row. I got down to 7:04 early last year but haven't had the b@llocks to go for it since - it's just too painful

Wow you must be some kind of superstar! The bloke who won the Indoor Rowing Champs this year did it in a time of 5 minutes 42.5 seconds - and he's in the Olympic Rowing Team. So if you can beat him by over a minute I'm guessing you'll be the main man in Beijing this year?

Or perhaps not

Managed 6:51.5 in the end but I'm sure there's more in the tank. Just need to work on it.

some great work there people !!

i did the 20 meter bleep test today

level 12 shuttle 6

happy with my progreass (level 10.4 in jan)

im thinking a 1 miler might be a good addition , not many taking the 100 burpee challenge and its looking to get relegated

I think the main problem with the 100 Burpees (apart from the afct it's bl00dy hard) would be enforcing correct form.

I used to run a Circuit Training class at the YMCA gym and occasionally would have races between teams - shuttles runs, press ups, burpees etc. I'll never forget one of the regular's burpees - he would throw himself from the top of his jump straight into a prone 'pressup' position - hilarious and very dangerous - great fun to watch though

That's right 72 pressups was my total, thanks - yours is around 58 iirc - or are you hoping we'll believe you've done 72???

Just like your 21/2 hour marathon

LMAO

Why haven't you done the 3 miler Sam?....you'd get a real good time I imagine.

I still can't get below 19 mins atm..not that I'm training for it tbh. I think I'm just a tad too heavy
