I'm gonna have a crack at the 3 miles soon. I've got access to Cardiff Athletics track (400 metres). I take it this would be 12 laps??

However, on a side note, this could be useful for future HIIT sessions i.e. jog to one prossy, sprint to the next etc etc

took a double dose of caffiene and got hard at it at sugden yesterday afternoon! 15 powercleans 73 pressups (chest to floor & elbows straight) 21 chins 7:14 concept2000m row bish bash bosh Bring on next week!
