my best bleep was 14 as it got stopped there and i weren't in a arguing mood.

Press ups - approx 60 but i find out tomorrow.

3 Miler - 15 mins 28 sec. Best ever time on the tarmac hill too. Never make that now though.

Boar, you defenition of a burpee is wrong. No press up is needed to sucessfully accomplish a burpee.

concept 5km - ~7min (from about two years ago) - gonna get back into this for a while on my cut I think
shuttle run test - 10.01 (from about a year and a bit ago)
distance running - I'm crap at it - 3 miles in about 27mins
biking - 20miles in an hour (six months ago)

a concept 2 rower one is an ace idea pagan , ive not been on one for a while - how long is 2000 gonna take an average boar ?

a distance thats a good couple of minutes minumum of rowing pain !

stick it on setting #10 and don't pansy around with the easiest setting!

over 2km:
8 mins is a fair speed
7 mins is good
6 mins is heroic olympian standard
anything less would probably get you into a national squad without a second glance

the 32 lengths seems like a good one , we all can get to a pool and dodge a few old ladies doing widths ...

rich - shall i put you down as a 14 minute-er

kenders - i know that a burpee doesnt have a pressup normall , just a squat thrust i think, but i got the description from rosstraining and it seems more brutal

its probably best not to put old times etc in as we would end up with a list of how fit we used to be !!!

and the bleep test is easy - download the MP3 and use it on your MP3 player or burn it onto an audio CD with your computer and blast it from a stereo (link to mp3 download on first page)

i also added the magic 50 - it made me sweat like a hog - 9 mins 50 secs , pretty tough

these exersises are fairly swappable etc ,some are easier to do (pressups) than others (bleep test) but aslong as there is somthing to choose then i guess its worth keeping a decent selection

How about REAL CHIN UP ? PULL UPS.

Over hand (no fcuking straps)
and a full extension pause at the bottom
and either a chine or chest to the bar.

Oh and a film of it as you only need under a min unless your a bit of a freak.
