i have 18 months to put 70-80 on, you have 4 to put 20- 30kg on

Not strength - bodybuilding. However, used to traing with powerlifters in my teens when I was a discus thrower but sadly never lifted in competition.

p.s i do believe those lifts as they arent 'bearpower' out of this world, but they are ****ing impressive
