B_Light - your progress in deadlifting has been pretty awesome. How long did it take you to go from 4 plates to 5 plates?

Titch - why did you fail to lock-out? Could you not manage it or did you think you actually had locked out? Tsk! What a c........... (If that was me I'd still be claiming it though)

I shake aswell sometimes on the heavier sets, I reckon its just the stress and the muscle trying to finish the pull.

(If that was me I'd still be claiming it though) I actually thought I was miles off to making it a "good" pull until I looked at the vid afterwards. I hadn't realised I was fairly close. I didn't lock out because the weight felt like it was going to drop out of my hands at any second.

If I am totally honest BBing is kind of gay, i mean its great to look good and be jacked but im not to keen on getting on stage with a bunch of other greased up guys in thongs, lol. And the journal is called "The Road to Strongman" So I'd hazard a guess that b-light is more into the strength aspect of weight training rather than aesthetics, but we could be proved wrong when he's the first competitor to win WSM by completing the Atlas Stones in nothing but a thong!!!
