I pulled 320kg for 3 tonight and did a single at 340kg (8 plates) which was fairly comfortable. I am going to stick at the 320kg and try to increase the reps before going for another single. Currently weighing about 110kg at the mo.

i hit 3 plates a side today lol but that was natty, no belt wraps, and bodyweight of 12 stone so im fairly happy with it sh1t ay just t, that was close!!! i thought u had it

Unlucky on that lift mate...a couple of weeks of heavy rack pulls and you'll have more than that in the bag I reckon.

thank you when youve got an ego (doodle) as big as mine you feel to feed it to keep it in check, hence all this powerlifting style training im heading into. its always nice to find out jut ho far your body can be pushed.
