it will be 260kg altogether including the oly bar, so about 540lb?

I pulled 320kg for 3 tonight and did a single at 340kg (8 plates) which was fairly comfortable. I am going to stick at the 320kg and try to increase the reps before going for another single. Currently weighing about 110kg at the mo.

fairplay to ya mate !!

you never really looked in the right position , i too had a weak lockout and if i didnt get my initial positioning correct the leg drive would be a little 'fast' and i would be left stranded near the top

legs legs legs !!

Unlucky on that lift mate...a couple of weeks of heavy rack pulls and you'll have more than that in the bag I reckon.

What's wrong with the start position - hips not low enough?

mmm, i hadnt gone for a pb as i havent dead'd for quite a while. today whilst on my new routine i worked my way up to 100kgx5- my old pb wa 100kgx1 and i almost broke my back doing it, still had something left in the tank, went to 120kgx3. said fk this im going three plates and then hit 3 plates for 1. grip very very nearly failed, only had my fingertips around it, but i help on until lockout then very loudly dropped te bludger.

this was my 260 at the british, and although not perfect it shows (for me) the kinda form you can just get away with

in toms pic you can just tell his hips are gonna shoot a little bit ,and it only needs to be a couple of inches and the position becoms impossible
