Legs/Shoulders/Abs LEGS Barbell Squat Bar 10 40kg 10 50kg 8 55kg 8 58kg 8 Hamstring Machine curl 25 kg 10 32 kg 8 32kg 8 Single Leg Extension 32 kg 8 32 kg 8 32 kg 6 Single Leg press Setting 6( I think they are 20 kg each not sure tho) 8 8 6 Shoulders Dumbell Incline Shoulder Press 22.5 kg 8 22.5 kg 8 22.5 kg 7 Shoulder press Machine ( New thing for me today just a fixed machine really felt my shoulders workin tho) 40 kg 6 40 kg 5 35 kg 6 ABS Abs machine 40 kg 10 40 kg 8 40 kg 8 Overall i felt this was a goood workout. My legs were knackered after all those sqauts and then just break them down more went a did the leg press Shoulders neeed workin on defo but that will come with time!

elo mate has ur gym got a stepper? thats where i do my wide dips at mine lol are u doin incline dumbel chest press for ur shoulders or seated shoulder press????

Back/Triceps/Traps Back Deadlifts 40kg 10 60kg 8 65kg 8 70kg 8 Wide Grip Chins 8 6 6 One arm DB Row 30kg 8 30kg 8 30kg 8 Traps Barbell Shrugs 60 kg 10 60 kg 10 60 kg 10 Triceps Bench Dips Bodyweight + 5 kg 10 Bodyweight + 10kg 10 Bodyweight + 15kg 8 Tricep Pushdown 60kg 8 60kg 8 60kg 6 Tricep Machine Push out- New machine i used today thought i would give it a try was goood. 40 kg 10 40 kg 8 50 kg 8 Havent eaten as much as i could of done today due to working quite a lot today so eating times were a bit hit and miss. Didnt really affect my workout which is goood. Will make up for it tomz eating wise

Just come back from the gym now fully pumped very goood sesh! Eating at weekend was all goood, went out sat nite for a few drinks with some m8s once every now and then hopefully wont affect training. Just made myself a pancake love them! Tonights was Chest/Biceps Chest Flat Barbell Bench Press- ( might try incline BP next week) 50kg 10 60kg 8 62.5kg 8 65 kg 7 Chest Machine Press 40 kg 6 40 kg 6 40 kg 5 Incline Flyers- Think mite move up a weight next week 15kg 8 15kg 8 15kg 8 Chest Dips Using Stepper- Need to add some weight onto me next time 10 10 10 Biceps Ez Curl- 32.5 kg 6 32.5 kg 6 32.5 kg 4 Hammer Curls 15kg 6 15kg 6 15kg 5 Bicep Pulldown machine- New machine so thought i would give it a try! 70kg- 8 80kg- 8 80kg- 7

Passed my theory car test which makes me happy Was raring to go up the gym afterwards Legs/Shoulders/Abs Legs Barbell Sqaut Bar 5 reps 40kg 8 60kg 8 65kg 6- New PB squating just over my own weight now 65kg 8 Hamstring Curl 32 kg 8 36 kg 8 36 kg 8 Single Leg extension 36 kg 6 36 kg 8 36 kg 8 Single Leg Press( Went down from setting 6 to 4 this week probablly legs were knackered from the squats! Setting 4 8 8 8 Shoulders Seated Shoulder Press- Last set again was very hard just gettin to 7! 22.5 kg 8 22.5 kg 8 22.5 kg 7 Shoulder Press Machine- Had to drop the weight down for last set on shoulders bit of a 40kg 6 40kg 4 35 kg 6

ite mate u know u should wid the shoulders do it straight up at 90 degrees cos if ur at a slight incline alot of the load will be taken on ur upper chest rather than purely on ur deltoid! give it a try!

Maybe getting a new job soon better payed and more enjoyable.

maybe try postin up in beginners cos the best delt growth comes from overhead pressing and u could be decreasing your gains by doint them incorrectally? just sit right back in the seat maybe where a delt or something? which part of ur back is arching?? congratas on the deads :D Matty

When i do the shoulder press at 90 degrees i try to sit right into the seat but i find it uncomfortable on my lower back in it arches quite a bit and find my self slipping down from the seat and become more of a chest press. The way i do it at the moment which is just a slight inline from 90 degrees it defitnelly works my shoulders more. Mite give standing shoulder press a try? This weekends been all goood went out for a bit friday nite was sober the whole nite and stuck to the J20's Weather has been lush played a bit of footy yesterday lost 1-0 which was a shame. Ive noticed my fitness levels have gone down quite a bit since bulking i was shattered after 90 mins of footy!! Got a nice roast later on 2nitee Training tomz chest and Biceps. I have a slight pain in my lower forarm maybe from doing the ez curl incorrectly? so i will see how it feels when i do biceps tomz.

Chest/Biceps Chest Bench Press 50kg 6 60kg 8 65kg 7 65kg 6 Incline Flyers 17.5kg 8 15kg 8 15kg 8 Incline Dumbell Chest Press 25 kg 7 25 kg 7 25 kg 6 Weighted Chest Dips- 1st time did this weighted using the stepper wide grip really felt my chest wroking Body weight + 5 kg 8 Body weight + 5kg 8 Body weight + 5kg 7 Chest Press Machine- Think i didnt really need this as my chest was already knackered and it showed having to drop the weight! 40kg 4 reps!!! 35kg 6 35kg 6 Biceps Barbell Curl- First time used barbell for curling defitnelly uses less forearm. My left arm gave me a little pain nothign to much tho 32.5kg 6 32.5kg 6 32.5kg 6 One Arm Preacher Curl- First time ive done this in a while really works the whole arm! Left Arm 15kg 6 15kg 6 15kg 4 Right Arm 15kg 6 15kg 6 15kg 6 Bicep Pushdown machine- Weights are in pounds on this one so not sure what it is kg? 180 lb- 6 180 lb- 6 185 lb- 5 Overally was quite pleased few weights stayin the same but thats bound to happen! Food today was okish could of been better just bout to have my 2nd half of my shake which i made earlier very sickly

Cant do gym 2nite as im goin to do a footy course 2nite instead. Was mean to be doing Legs/Shoulders/Abs but will have to save that till tomz now. Food has been pretty goood today had 4 big clean meals so far and defitnely full up Will weigh myself 2moz see how things are progressing since start

some good lifts there mate, you flog my ass in flys, i can barely do 12.5kg... but i do have crap shoulders. but i can do 90kg for 10+ reps on the chest press machine (yes i saw you say your chest was already knackaered but goddamnit give me this!!!)

The gym chest press only goes up to 80 on ours seems an awkward machine to get use to!

2nite work out was slightly diffrent wasnt really in the mood for training legs 2nite as been doing footy coachin all day so been up and bout running! Went up one of my m8s gym in smallbrook with a few others so session was a bit patchy still pretty good tho!! Back/Triceps ( Didnt train traps today) Back Deadlifts 40kg 6 reps 70kg 6 75kg 6 80kg 6 Neww PB weights on deadlifts keep flyin up at the moment! Wide Grip Chins- Annoyed again by this i had enought rest but still only managed 6 reps on last set!! 8 6 6 4( thought i would try one more set back and biceps were knackered tho!!) Single Arm Row Machine 68kg 6 reps 64kg 6 64kg 6 64kg 6 Triceps Tricep Pushdown 64kg 8 reps 64kg 8 64kg 8 68kg 6 Weighted Wide grip Dips ( I tryed this on the stepper really worked my triceps!) BW + 5kg 8 BW + 5kg 7 BW + 5kg 8

Todays Session: Legs/Shoulders/Traps Legs Barbell Squat Bar x 6 40 kg 6 60kg 6 60kg 6 62.5 kg 6 was annoyed at that!! i tryed 65kg before this and cudnt even lift it off the bar holder! Single Leg Extension- Weights upped again 41kg 6 41kg 8 41kg 8 Hamstring Curl 41kg 8 41kg 6 41kg 6 Shoulders Seated Shoulder Press- I wreckon i cud probs go up to 23 kg or 24 even maybe but gym only does 22.5kg then straight up to 25!! 22.5kg 8 22.5kg 8 22.5kg 7 Shoulder Press Machine- Had a bit of help from my m8 lifting on last few reps on last set. 40kg 8 40kg 6 40kg 6 Traps Standing Shrugs 30kg 10 30kg 10 30kg 10
