i promised myself a total rest week from weights every 6-8 weeks ive been pushing it quite hard latley so to be continued next saturday

Glad to see you're back hard at it mate. 20mins of jog? That's impressive stuff, have you shifted much lard yet? Found the pics on Sugden, nice one of you introducing your daughter to your favourite pastime Like the gym setup as well, not the dark and dismal dungeon I had pictured with all your talk of lights failing and freezing temperatures. shifted a few kilos and lost just over 1% body fat on my crude body fat scales. its more of a fast walk with the dog, but my ankles better now

thanks once i start to get back seriously into my lifting my front squat have always been my ace card. i actually stopped doing back squat for many years and concentrated on fronts (i managed to squat clean 172.5 with a 185 front squat in the last century LOL) my back squat got so akaward that i would have felt more confident if you had asked me to attempt to front squat a particular weight rather than back squat it what ever my friend could front squat for 3 reps he could clean for a single

hopfully the next competition for me will be on 07/07/08 at the Atlas Gym Alfreton, Derby an open event so hopfully just fun competing again and something to aim toward now.
