2/29/08 Squat 3x8 255, 265, 275lbs. GMs 3x8 150 lbs. Calf Raises 1x8 225 Hanging Leg Raises 2x8 I feel like my quad is fully recovered so Im going to start increasing squat weight at a larger increment.

3/2/08 35 minutes elyptical yea i was bored so went and did some cardio...im glad Ive gotten to the point where cardio doesn't bother me and I actually enjoy doing it now. anythin gover 45 minutes kills me from boredom, but to be able to go for 35 minutes each day with no problem is going to help the fat % for sure. now i just need to start eating correctly each day and i would look damn good haha 3/3/08 Deadlift 3x6-8 365 Chins 3x8 30 Bent Rows 3x8 170 C. Curls 3x8 35 Shrugs 2x8 225 bad form day...i need to go get some straps for my deadlifts. I wanted to stay away from them for my forearms but screw it...im so much stronger than what ive been lifting to get my forearms where my back is, but to be realistic your forearms can never handle the weight your back can do. so going to buy some straps this week. chins were okay, last set was lacking but got them, bent rows felt hard as **** but some how pulled all 3 sets out. C. Curls well they never go up but I don't expect them to until I start eating more. Shrugs I just throw those biotches in there for experiment and I need to put alittle more concentration on them if I want to do this right. So far these past 2-3 weeks have been pretty slack on diet and workout too. I need to get more focused. Im getting good results but could be getting so much better and that is starting to piss me off. Its my own fault. I think alot of it has to do with my business, I just started outsourcing ALOT of activities that I would handle personally, so i went from working 30 hours a week to 3. I have alot of time on my hands and need to pick up more hobbies I suppose so that I don't lay around to much. Overall good day though, even though I threw out form on some of my sets but I decided to do that earlier in the day...next week I will stick with same weights but have proper form. A full week of eating right and getting enough rest will put my body into a better mode.

3/5/08 Incline Press 3x8 205 Military 2x8 145, 135 DB Flies 2x8 30 lbs. wasn't in the mood today...it just tells me to start eating more. I might take a week off and start a new routine...its been about 8 weeks straight now and I could definitely use a break

Going out of town this weekend, so I will be eating terrible and drinking a lot. Another good weekend for fun, but not good for progress haha. I will be sure to eat a **** load. Ive decided to take next week off too and start a new routine 2 weeks from now...Im still not sure if Im wanting to do a 5x5 routine or a 4 day 3x8 routine. I will be increasing my calories to 4k to put on some extra muscle =).

3/17/08 Well back from my week break off. I just relaxed and had some good times. Now its time to get back into the weight room and hit it hard. I really hope I start eating right again, Ive found it extremely hard to give up my good tasting food this time around. Im feeling like its not worth it haha, im just getting old i guess. Bench Press 3x8 225 lbs. Incline Press 1x8 185 lbs. Incline Flies 3x8 35 lbs. Curls 3x8 50 lbs. Inside Grip Pullups 2x8 BW Great day, I felt really good on my bench press, i could of done another 10 lbs. I wasn't to sure about it since I have only been doing incline the past 8 weeks. I did notice that my stamina is drained going from bench to incline, i barely could do the 8 reps of 185 on incline. So Im just going to drop my weight on incline and progressively add till I get the stamina to do it. I still have to tweak the workout alittle but its going to be a 4 day routine this round. I have new pics that are just from the last week of workouts and the week off. Alittle progress is starting to show.

Just to update everyone on my routine Im going to go thru for the next 8 weeks. Usually at this time I would switch to a lower rep routine and try and build some quality muscle and strength. Im liking how this is going though and am going to stick with a 3x8 rep scheme. I doubt I will get my diet to perfection again since Im just enjoying life right now and don't have any regrets about how my body is looking. I just need to keep that fat off...maybe in a few months I would like to get back down to 8% body fat then I will do the cardio and diet right. Right now i just like adding little muscle, so im eatting **** load but not worrying about what im taking in. Monday Bench Press 3 sets Incline Press 1-2 Incline Flies 3 Curls 3 Inside Grip Pullups 2 Tuesday Squat 3 Front Squat 2 SLDL 3 Calf Raisers 3 Weighted Situps 3 Wednesday cardio Thursday Standing Military 3 Front and Side Lateral 2 Dips 3 Inside Grip Bench 2 Friday Deadlifts 3 Wide Grip Chins 3 Bent Rows 3 Shrugs 3

3/20/08 Standing Shoulder PRess 3x8 135 Front /Side LAterals 2x8 20 lbs Dips 3x8 70lbs. Inside Grip Bench 2x8 135 lbs. 3/21/08 Deadlifts 3x8 365 lbs. Chins 2x8 25 lbs. Seated Cable Rows 2x8 150 lbs. DB Shrugs 3x8 70 lbs. Upright Rows 2x8 50 lbs. Im very happy with no straps being used on my deadlifts...this is about as heavy as ive gotten without using straps. The lifts were hard as ****...i still need to up some calories i think since im fluctuating my diet like crazy. Other exercises I threw in were the cable rows instead of bent rows, just because i have been doing bent rows for years now with no replacement, so thought i would change it up. Im going to switch my standing shoulder press with seated DB presses from now on for the same reason as the bent rows. my chins sucked, but that usually happens when i take a week off...all my other lifts sky rocket or at least are easy and my chins plummet.
