Took the day off because I had a huge head ache and was completely drained after work. Good thing I did too because I had a great next day.

3/28/08

Seated DB Shoulder Press 3x8 50, 50, 60...that could of been higher, but that was first time Ive done this in a year so wasn't sure on weights.
Side Laterals 2x8 20 lbs.
Front Laterals 2x8 20 lbs.
Dips 3x8 75 lbs. could of been higher
Inside Grip Bench 2x8 140 lbs.
Tricep Pressdowns 2x8 140 lbs.

Great day, I am just going to do my back day tomorrow and have a cardio session on sunday, rinse and repeat. I will post my new measurements later, since its been about 8-10 weeks since last time.

Interesting changes this past couple months. My shoulders got smaller which was suprising since they are looking huge these days, but all the loss in inches is definitely from some fat loss. I have had a huge chest increase which is usually what goes first when I stop working out. Those big gains are only from the increase of weight lifting and Im getting to more of my normal dimensions. I didn't expect a loss in my thighs and hips but would think that is from some fat loss since those are major fat deposit areas. Even though I need my legs to get bigger, I can live with my hips around the size they are. Once I decide on muscle gain or fat loss I should be good to go. This past 8-10 weeks have been on a loose diet only eating healthy about 1/3 of the time. I am very happy that my left bicep is finally catching up to my right...all my life it has been .5" less than my right and thats after years of training it never would catch up...its looking like it may come even. Im very much considering eatting a bulk diet but have a lot of cardio involved as my next experiment. Im getting very much into cardio training these days and would like to up how much I run each week but would still like to see the muscle gain. I know its kinda stupid since I could just eat less and cut the cardio for nearly the same results but I am going to give it a go I think. Now I have to decide if I want to cardio early morning each day or fit it in there somewhere else. i have pictures to upload from 2 weeks ago and will be taking pictures tomorrow for this 2 week update but my computer is having trouble uploading them, so might just have to wait for now.

Incline DB Press 2x8 50 lbs.
DB Flies 3x8 35 lbs.
Inside Grip Pullups 3x8 15 lbs.
Curls 2x8 60 lbs.

Pretty good day, struggled alittle on last set of bench but got it. I think i just went down at an ackward angle on my 5th rep and it threw me off. felt like i came down under my diaphragm. After that it was all good though...i like putting the inside grip pullups before the curls. I shot up 15 lbs. this week on it and i really felt it in myt biceps and inner back. Curls I went up when i didn't mean too, but i got them and it was grueling. Pics should be coming soon

SLDLS 2x8 225 lbs.
Weight Sit ups 2x8 45 lbs.
Hanging Leg Raisers 2x10 BW

Jumpd up 15 lbs. on squat because im sick of being under 315 squatting...just frickin sick of it. I could of probably done 315 today but don't want to rush the injured leg even though I believe its cured now since its been around 8 months.

gonna switch the press downs for either an extra set of inside grip bench or 2 sets of skull crushers because i have maxxed out the cable machine and its not even hard. Im not feeling much in the triceps each day but I believe thats because I hammer the hell outta my shoulders before hand. I might start doing dips first but doubt it. I like my line up. I need to go get some wrist/ankle weights because the DBs in the gym go up in increments of 10 and I dont want to start jumping from 90s to 100s and crap like that. Gonna get the past 6 weeks pics up here soon. I got a laptop and need to transfer them over. Will hopefully do that tonight.

Good day, my deadlift is starting to get tougher and tougher...it usually doesn't start to slow down till around 420 lbs, but I haven't been eating big and really am trying to lose some of my waist right now...this was a recent decision since Im starting to see this beautiful woman and have to get a little more trim for the first couple months of the relationship haha.

wierd day today...my back was alittle sore from playing football the other day and decided to skip deadlifts today and will do the rest of my workout tomorrow

I figured out how I hurt my wrist...Im guessing I pulled something from deadlifting two weeks ago since I can barely grip anything upright. The shrugs destroyed my wrist so I had to cut them short. I was fine when I had the straps on for deads but the pain was so unbarable on shrugs that I figure I can do 3 sets tomorrow before or after cardio.
