asda do golden linseeds 300g for £1.04 which isnt to bad in comparison with places like holland and barret who charge about £4-£5 per 50g.

tescos value blue strip frozen chciken breast £2.99 a kg , tastes as good as any other IMO and half price (deal ongoing)

10 kg of Basmati rice in LIDL for £9.19. Works out great value if you eat a load of rice coz it keeps well providing it is stored correctly

asda have big tins of john west red salmon normally £2.96 down to £1!!! i bought 10

Damn, I'm making a trip to ASDA soon! Otherwise Iceland have big tins of red salmon for £2 (450g ones I think). Does anybody remember this website http://www.madaboutbargains.co.uk/offers/Off_Your_Trolley.htm

sommerfield are doing there healthy living chicken breasts 4

from £6 to £2.90..... if i had a freezer i would have brought the lot...

offer is on untill 25th march
