This sticky replaces the old one and is for all bodybuilding, health and fitness related bargain buys in respect of food special offers in shops or online. What's on offer near you or nationally (or internationally)?

This is not intended for posting up supplement offers either online or in shops, simply everyday foods we all use in our diets.

Just post up the item, the store, price, length of deal and where abouts you are in the UK or abroad, along with any other conditions and information

10 kg of Basmati rice in LIDL for £9.19. Works out great value if you eat a load of rice coz it keeps well providing it is stored correctly

Damn, I'm making a trip to ASDA soon! Otherwise Iceland have big tins of red salmon for £2 (450g ones I think). Does anybody remember this website http://www.madaboutbargains.co.uk/offers/Off_Your_Trolley.htm

It lists all the current supermarket offers.
