I may only have had a small chance of not looking too out of place when in my previous best shape, but in my current (poor, lazy) shape it would be quite laughable! My mate has mentioned about this bench press thing, i did'nt realise it was all to do with the same thing!? Think he may be having a go. He's a fairly strong fella.... 1 rep max bench is 200kg, he also managed 220kg with a small spot.

I was born in London, now live in Kent, infact, lived in Kent since I left the army in 1987..hope that helps you know a little bit more about my life!!! I guess with my ****ney wit and charm, its easy to confuse people. tho I dont understand what being from London means in reference to filming?

Eric..I thought you were replying to my living in Peterborough, with your comment 'so do I', hence me saying I thought you were from London, which I thought you said when we spoke at a show some time back

I was born in Posh, spent 30 years of my life there and still have parents living in the city. Never thought I'd see the day when there was a Mr Peterborough, nice one. Hope I can make it along that day.
