raj ive got a question for you. the other week my performance in the gym was decreasing untill i was back where i was 3 months ago. that and along with a couple injuries i jacked it in for a weeks break. the last 4 days or so i seem to be getting half way through the day and then getting really done in and my head feels a bit spaced out. i did lower my carbs down as i wasnt doing anything except steady cardio. i went back in for the first time today and i was the same as before. i managed all but 2 reps of my deads by which time i was a shaking mess and after that i had no strength left. before i went i had this spaced out head feeling again. i was running at about 150 carbs which i didnt think was anything major low. i thought a weeks rest from iron would of sorted me out but i feel the same still. is it worth jacking them up?

Raj, can I ask a question. What sort of routine would you suggest for cutting? I know people say to keep the weight heavy but it's hard doing so when on lower calories. I've been doing thee-full body routines, 5x5, with longish breaks between sets as I've been lifting heavy. The three routines are: Squat Bench Chins DLs Dips Row Power clean and press Squats Chins Do you suggest changing the routine and/or rep range? Cheers.

Pondering whether to ditch the volume on the legs, and stick with a low volume w/o. would make sense. last time I did this on Legs, upper was low maintenance. But it was always a bitch to up thereaftter. For what it's worth Raj, I've gained quite a bit on my legs with low volume
