well its possible i could be back next week. the doc said the pain will go as suddenly as it appeared and may not come back for years.

i cant do much to be honest. im on codeien and diclofenac so im pretty spaced out.

so id say a minimum of next week and a maximum of 2 weeks, with very little activity in the mean time.

sounds rather.... want ask for any more details

considering your lack of activity you won't need so many carbs
1-2 g plenty, keep the pro at 1-1.5 lbs, fats from poly/ mono oils + EFAs
plenty of veg mate

don't worry about any muscle loss,
won't happen in a week or two

hope it goes well mate

per bodyweight
a mixed macro diet
i.e. enjoy the treats you've been longing for
sounds like more than just a headache

200g is fine
going over is fine
treats are fine
it's only a week or two
consider it a well earned break
don't overdo it though
get in your pro and your good fats tho

Looking big there Raj, quality as you say is crap but shows a good level of muscle IMO

BTW were you trying to be funny intentionally or were the horns that stick out from your blanked face just a coincidence

You have quite a bit of ink too, is that a phoenix on your arm or am i mistaken?

What you looking to have done to your back as well and any chance of posting pics of your ink?

hi mate whats your view on the bulk and cut approach vs slow steady muscle gain?

P.S if you dont already you should definately compete.
