AJ i don't know anyone whose gained an appreciable amount of mass
without eating in a surplus for a considerable length of time

considering you're gains are going to be even slower now
you'll be cutting yourself short in the long run mate
isn't any no need to get fat, but 1 kilo a month (from your journal IIRC) is hardly thinking big

today arms

weighted negative chins 4 x 10
thick bar curls 4 x 8
weighted dips 4 x 8
EZ bar 3 x 10
Reverse EZ Mid Grip 3 x 20 rest paused
Narrow grip EZ 3 x 12 rest paused
1 ARM DB Scott Curls 4 x 12
BB floor presses 4 x 8
BB skullcrusher to head 3 x 12
EZ Skull crusher to nose 3 x 12
lying DB extensions 3 x 10
1 arm cable curls 2 x 15
DC style stretching


horrible, horrible, horrible
at least won't be doing it again
till sunday anyway

bb row, with underhand grip
less ROM, but allows you to rack the weight up pretty nicely
good exercise mate

keenan

about as much pleasure as a 1RM I expect
sheer hell

working on my arms for the next couple months
volume will be brough down from sunday
8 sets, 2 times a week

leg press 3 x 15
sldl 4 x 15 x 100 supersetted with pullthroughs
calves 4 x 12, 4 x 20

all in all a good session

Squats are looking good Raj. You use a belt and/or wrap the knees? Maybe even a jacked up squat suit, to make the rest of us feel a little better about ourselves........
