Although I am hungry most of the time. I feel ok TBH . I know I am making steady progress, however competition shape seems like a lifetime away. I have just been made aware that I might have to do a routine to music and stuff - NOT GOOD, NOT GOOD AT ALL. Its bad enough that I probably wont be ready and everyone else will make me look like pee-wee:

2 questions for James (MT members please feel free to advise): 1)Could I add soya bran to my oats without ruining my plan? 2)I have made a large ammount of green tea (with sweetner) and poured it into an oversized waterbottle for consumption during work hour. Is this a good idea? I figure the fat motabolising qualities would help further progress and if not at least the antioxidents will help nutrilise free-radicals.

V.modest Stef. Today I woke up without that hungry feelimg. Not a good start to the day really as it does not reasure me that my nutrition plan went well. I am fully aware of where I went wrong. Instead of having 120g of oily fish, I thought well oily fish is fatty and fat is high in calories probaby more so thn say 120g of chicken (which itself is low in calories and thermogenic to some extent) and 40g of oats. . Oh well, that was yesterday and today is today. so for the first time in ages I am satisfiyingly full at breakfast and I havent even had my juice or whey. On a good note the doms from my back workout is sweet. Not as sore in the lats as I would have liked but sweet none-the-less. (havent banged weights in 2 days as I have a 5h!t-l04d of coursework to mark. To compensate I started my training week on saturday and did chest and shoulders, on sunday I did biceps and triceps and on monday I did hams and quads. So I am left with the task of doing abs and obliques before the week is out.
