It works though Stef. Felt the fear of stepping on stage, the uncertainty and reluctance in holding the pose. I also felt the general confidence that radiates from being in the best shape of my life, and the success that pairs itself with that level of confidence. However, I am not ready for visualising the 3 min routine - NIGHTMARE...

Had my cheat yesterday. as always I ove did it. It might be better for me to avoid cheats altogether: 6:00 - a handful of pickNmix 7:00 - 4 ginfer nut buscuits 9:00 1 bag of toffee popcorn and a v. small slice of cheese cake. In the end i figured its all about calories in vs calories out and only consumed my bedtime whey and milk after this cheat feast, and the meals before this feast were my normal sheduled meals.

How much would you miss the treat if you didn't have it atall?

I need to do something as I feel I wont be ready in time. Nutrition so far is going well. Training is good 2 days of doms in the legs. I have a feeling it might be worse tomorrow. Especially after todays chest and shoulders... PHEW.

Legs feel alot better today. Its the traps now and I can feel the begining of some soreness in the chest. Nutrition is the same. 60min cardio went well as usual. (caught up on the world news, latest hits etc) Somedays I feel I am making progress, other days I fell like "why do I bother!" I have no idea how much I weigh as Cookie and I have agreed to put the scales away. As for the tiredness: I feel ok during the day and am able to teach enthusiastically. However, I move at my own pace and go to bed at about 9 oclock. Oh and some bratty kid tried to square-up to me at work yesterday - please! Will update progress pics in about 2 weeks.

With kids these days i wouldnt put it past them, some of them have a deathwish.I remember getting a slap from a geezer outside the school gates when i was about 14, probably being the c0cky showoff i was then.I also remember my mate getting a slap by our mates dad whood had a few sherbets during the day.Not very nice but it commanded respect from our elders and that seems to be missing these days. On the other hand i do think its healthy for our youth to test authority and unfortunately thats the icon you represent, so regards to wether that lad wouldve done it outa the school situation well would he of needed to.

Another crap weekend following a cheat meal. The exercise and nutrition plan leaves me without the smental trength to resist the trigger spured by a cheat. Therefore, I have officially binned the cheat meal. I will convince myself that I dont need it and will also have to convince myself that I can make it for a July comp. At the moment I think I am starting to implode; wreaking my progress through doubt, or fear of success.

Don't understand why you have a cheat meal, James had said to cut out (bends you over my knee and slaps your arse....sorry Cookie ). Glad you are now leaving the cheat meal. I don't have one this close out from a comp. A cheat meal can really throw your prep out of the window it you go OTT. I personally prefer to have a bigger potato or an extra spoon of rice. Anyway, get those photies up and we'll have a look.
