yes I am "Mr dough"). I am a good trainer and do pretty well in the gym, however it is hard to be objective and I am not sure if I am pushing myself hard enough, I mean really hard enough! I would appreciate the objectivity of the muscletalk community to scrutinise my training. The nutrition is taken care of by the moghty james Collier and it looks like this:
Wake - 30g whey in water
Breakfast (half hour later) - 60g oats in skimmed milk, 1 tsp sugar and 200ml of fresh fruit juice
mid morning - progen and 1 fruit
mid afternoon - 120 g chicken or fish in a wholemeal pitta with plenty of salad and 1 fruit
---------------------WORKOUT-------------------------------
postworkout - 40g whey in water
evening meal - 120g chicken or whitefish with 40g basmati or Wholeweat pasta or medium sweet potato or 4-5 small boiled new potatoes loads of green veg and 1 low fat probiotic ypghurt. all washed down with a tall drink (water/squash)
800pm 200g cottage cheese or 100g makerel fillet, 1 item of fruit and an handful of mixed seeds/nuts.
bedtime - 30g whey in skimmed milk.
at the moment I am 106kg in weight and am about 181cm tall. around my waist I have about 11mm of bodyfat i guess that equates to about 12-13% bodyfat (accumeasure body calliper test [thanks again flick

]. However, my Tanner scales argue I am at about 30%.
I will update this first post with an embarrasing photoof myself and somelameexcuse for my condition.
