Rack - I've got all my year 1 exams - psych, fitness (****ing joke haha), and 3 different law exams. Next meet is CPO Nationals, May 10-11 (I'm lifting the 10th). There will be plenty of pics/vids Tommy - I tried them sumo, but the racks too small, and the ROM's so small there's no point. Plus, I'm doing them for low back strength. Conv is probably better this way. Your thoughts?

Thanks Rackster, I wont let you down Iaink - thanks for the confirmation bro. I don't think I need any work on my sumo lockout (atleast at the moment). It's all about technique and off the floor strength right now Apr 24/08 Box Squat (14.5") - 45x6, 135x3 +greens - 135x2, 225x2, 8x275x2 Sumo Deadlift - 135x3, 225x1, 6x315x1 Rack Squats - 135x5, 225x5, 315x5 Sumo Pullthrough - 3xblackx18 -amazing workout; my head was actually in it today -I think I saw what speed work can really do for you today. It's been a couple weeks since I've done any speed work, and I noticed today 275 (which used to be fast, but nothing special), just FLEW up. It's deffinatly working -need to pull some more sumo on ME and DE days before the meet; form is getting sloppy haha -sumo pullthroughs for high reps make me want to puke

Nice workout. I have to ask, what are these pullthroughs? What equipment do you need to do them? And good luck with your exams and the meet in a few weeks' time!

Must feel good!

I'm pleased with this because when I did 500, it was after a week's rest, and I was training specifically for raw squat. I dunked this one too ;) -a female bber at my gym was trying to convince me she had a nephew; 15 years old, 170lbs, who has a 650 raw squat rock bottom. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight -really need to pick up the assistance work; I've been slacking like a mofo haha
