Cheers Iain. Just watched the Westside Seminar from EFS (4 disc dvd), so I've got some new ideas for my training over the next little while .

I imagine their dvds are very good! I don't do much that would be conisdered 'Westside' these days but it was a good training experience to do so.

Good job on the record buddy! Whats the deal with the deadlift, you still havent hit 500 yet? You've got to be kidding me, you gotta be able to pull 500 easy now with all the sumo work!

Brian - I'm becoming a deadlift **** lmao. This cycle has a lot of focus on deadlifting in it. Tbh I still suck balls at sumo. No doubt in my mind I could pull 500 conventional now afte rpulling 480 so easy after a full day of lifting, but I can't claim **** until I do it

Iaink - Gonna give 'em a shot as my ME lift Monday

Jedi - Thanks for stopping in pal. My head is always ready to pop off when I'm squatting
