sounds like a plan mate,

my game got changed to the 12th so we have to wait to see if we are staying up or going down (and there was some mention of a play off with the 2nd place team in the league bellow )

a bit of rest man and you'll be back after the seasons finish and probably better able to hit the gym harder (plus no rugby to get injured from for a few months).

At least if you do lose then you will have a 2nd chance of staying up but hopefully it wont get to that.
Yeah deff going to hit the gym hard!!

My anapolon arrived today ready for pre-season

It keeps starring at me saying take me, take me lol! I need to go hide it somwhere its driving me mental. If I werent so heavy then I could afford to put on the weight but unfortunatly carrying a few too many lbs.

Weight just in........ 16st6.4lb so thats 1.4lbs lost.
Im happy with that as I did have chips in the week in work and I know 1 meal doesnt make a difference but if been feeling sh*t since eating it. Also I had to slow down cardio and on the weights because of the 2 deads/squats sessions moving for dys lol. So this week no leg weights and hopefully il be able to do some am fasted cardio.
Ill set myself a target of 1.4lbs for next week aswell.

Fukk it!!!!! We lost yesterday in the last minute of the game yesterday from a penalty.
That anapolon is looking more and more tempting. As long as I control what I eat then the only weight I will put on will be water.
Last time I was taking it while playing I was throwing people around for fun lol. Hopefuly then I will be able to keep the weights going aswell. The only thing that is holding me back is I took another knock on my elbow yesterday so wouldnt be able to train 100% while on. Decisions, decisions???? Maybe ill leave it a week a week and see how my elbow is.

Havent been the best of weekends eating and drinking wise, went out Saturday night because it was either stay in the house and pout because we lost (im a real bad loser) or go out and get steaming and unfortunatley for my body I chose the later
Then Saturday night I had a chinese because I was hurting so much from the game I had couldnt deal with cooking lol.
Didnt train yesterday as for the next 3 weeks we have 2 games a week and I only just about manage 1 now, so im going to be doing 1 light weights session a week and 1 rugby training session.
Im going to have to put my cut on hold for the next couple of weeks but im still going to eat clean as much sa I can im just going to have to up the carbs and protein to help recovery

Went training last night even though I was still aching from Saturdays game! My right quad was tight as hell and it probably took 1hr to losen up. Not 100% sure wether or not to do any weights tonight? 1 week off wont harm, acually it will probably help.
Cant see me making the gym the next couple of weeks with all the games. I just hope I dont lose much.
But ive got my anapolon to look forward to

Dude, your a dude! really thought this was a ladies journal at first. The av' is misleading. Was reading page 1 bench press 100kgs. I was very impressed and had to read it several times. Then I saw the progress pic and had to check that several times, re-read the first post and realised it was an easy mistake to make.

Anyways, having gone through you journal it seems you are making steady progress. Well domne man (pardon the pun), keep it up.

Too bad with the right quad. However, you can still go to the gym and work another muscle group or hit a stubbon muscle group from an angle not normally used.

Cheers mate, the avi is due to the fact that i spend all day on here and ignoring the mrs, when I put one up originaly she asked why didnt I put one of her up so to keep the peace i put one up lol.
Yeah I think im going to take each day as it comes in the gym and just focus on a muscle group that I will be able to train. Theres plenty of muscle in the body im sure I can find some that I can work on

alright mate howz the quad?

how longs left in your season?

mines was supposed to be finished 2 weeks ago but the game keeps on getting cancelled (there scared.... honest). problem is i normally do legs on a friday but the club keeps on getting friendlies to keep us match sharp so i need to keep the legs fresh (its really starting to do my nut in) plus i don't think i'm getting the full benifit of the epistane (though i'm finding it much easier to throw people around and scrumming has never been easier).

Weve got 7 games left to play in 4 weeks!!
At least if they keep calling it off then you might miss the deadline for playing all the games and they'll go down
Its brilliant been on a cyclye while playing! I was the same on my 2nd cycle I had tore my quad but decided to go ahead with cycle anyway and now im easein my way back in I can feel its stronger than ever even though I didnt do weights on it!
Left quad is feeling great but for some reason my right 1 is tight lol I think I was putting extra strain on it when starting doing squats

If you like the occasional drink then I would have thought anapolon would be a bit harsh on your system. I drank while taking t-bol and my kidneys were killing me. Obviously yuo might not drink on cycle but I just read your last few posts and thought I'd mention it.

Nice avi by the way

Cheers keeps her happy while im on here all day
On the drinking front I dont consider myself as a drinker really, ive been out 2/3 times since the new year. And even though I was wrecked Saturday this is what I actually drunk lol, 3 Bulmers, 2 Double Vodka Red Bull
Even though Im 6'4 nearly 17st I cant drink for ****.
I am extremley weary of the sides of anapolon this is whats stopping me taking them like candy lol because I could I would.
When I do start the anapolon I know im going to have to make sure I dont drink. Thanks for the advise anyway Pagan!

Weighed earlier after I came home from work. Had two different readings 16st9lb and 16st10lb I expected it realy because ive upped my carbs. I started at 17st and down 4/5lbs after 3 weeks so im pleased with that just gutted cant continue properly on the cut. Local derby tomorrow, bring it on!

Just come back from the club. We won and had the bonus point and 1 of the teams above us lost so we have 3 games i hand over the top team and 5 points behind so just got to make sure we win the games in hand and well be fine.
Oh and ive started the ananpolon to help recover and going to make sure I hit the gym twice a week. Weight wise I think my fitness is at a stage where I can carry the extra couple pounds of water.

We won

..........................................

BUT ive torn my ligaments in my AC joint (shoulder) and the bones have separted in the joint . Im in agony today and cant move my arm. Maybe in hindsight I should of come off when I done it after 30 minutes instead of staying on lol. Ive never been so cose to crying on a rugby pitch as I was yesterday.
Was supposed to go up to Liverpool tomorrow to help in a research project but now I cant drive so ill have to re-arrange.
Im waiting for the physio to get back to me but thats pretty much the end of my season.
Coming off the anadrol as there is no point as cant lift yet again.

Positives

Early finish of the season means more time to rest, recover and strenghten old weaknesses i.e. quad and ankle

Can still do much needed cardio so after having a the rest I can concentrate on this and still be able to do rehabilitation work on shoulder.

Im going to come back bigger, stronger and quicker

Yeah im half relieved ive got the extra couple of weekd off just to get that extra rest. I thought my 2 games in a week were bad! All the best with the tournament cant be easy having to play 3 games especially if your giving 100% every game.
