man that sucks about the injury, your not having the best time of it the now i'm guessing.

the rest will help the old wounds as you said and no doubt you'll be back throwing people around

still good news about the Win, i know the feeling of getting hurt and deciding screw it i'm just staying on the park (always a good idea at the time)

best of luck with the evil people (physio's)

Gets even better

Going to keep my journal going over the next couple of week even though I wont be doing any training. Ill probably fill it with bable and writting down my thoughts/ideas.

What im going to look into now is running gh along side aas to help some of my injuries (ive got to look into this 1st as not sure if it will its just a thought atm)

Going to book physio next week some time to help get my ankle and quad sorted, ill also be having club physio on Thursdays aswell so with the 2 should be plenty.

Just come back from the physio and she said that its not the ac joint thats damaged as there only slight bruising there and all the pain and maority of swelling is on the deltoid. She seems to think that it is semi-dislocated and still is as my shoulder is lower than the other!
This could explain why the dr was looking for me after I had left the hospital( I was treated and diagonosed by a nurse and when I asked her which ligament I damaged she couldnt tell me the name!!! My mate who was in reception when I was leaving said after I left the dr who I hadent seen came looking for me) Ive got fracture clinic tomorrow so ill ask them then.

Even better news now!!! Ive fractured the rotator cuff and my ac joint is completley fine
I quite relived now! Although he did make me sh*t myself when he said that I cant move my shoulder at all otherwise it might cause it to splinter more, if it moves by more than 3mm then it will have to be screwed back down

Youll definatley have the mental edge over them if they keep backing out. This end of the season is a killer because your carrying so many niggles you just want it to finish.

If all the other teams win all of their games the we only have to get 12 points out of 5 games to go up as champions so fingers crossed theyll do it. I feel usless at the minute not being able to do anything but im sure they will do it.

Going to cut back down now what I eat now as im not doing anything

Im in a sling for 4 weeks so serious weights for probably 8

So the plan is eat like a pigeon hardly any carbs and cycle like fuk for the next 4 weeks and then after that run like fuk lol.

My aerobic fitness is a definate weakness at the moment so ive got 8 weeks to concentrate on it. I think this is the first inury that has stopped me from playing but I can still cycle/run.

Not to worried about strength loss and a little muscle loss over the next 8 weeks as when I start back training with muscle memory and a little help from a 8 week test cyp with a 2 weeks of anadrol at the start I should be back to where I was and a bit more in no time.

The next 4 weeks this will be training

Mon, Wed and Fri- Spinning

Tue, Thur and Sat- Steady State Cardio

I had a diet from a nutritionist a year or so ago for cutting which im going to try and dig out. It was a bit extreme but since im no longer playing rugby then me feeling like **** all week doesnt matter lol.

Basiclly it was carbs for breakfast then thats it all day for carbs. Protien and fat for the rest of the day. Ive just bought a shed load of chicken from the market also going to get some steak and basiclly live off meat and cottage cheese but I supose I can eat quark aswell.

Nah Welsh, around Neath/Swansea way. How about you?

I used to play front row then grew a bit to tall lol, love the fact that it was like your own battle against the other prop!

How are the weights and the body weight going?

welsh cool man we just had a tour down by your way... though we lost as we were all rather drunk at the time of the game.

i play up by central scotland man, fife if you know the area. weights are on the up (after a mid season injury i burst 100 on the bench for reps) and i'm still the same weight so its always a plus man

Ahh Scotland probably the coldest place ive ever been in my life lol. We play a team from the borders every year on the weekend of the international.
Thats the great thing with tour it dont mater how good you are when you got 10 players hung over and the rest still drunk you havent ot a chance realy.
Your lifting similar weights to me by the sounds of things. When I went up to the 100kg mark it makes a massive difference to your throwing people ability

So good day yesterday we won again so only 1 more win needed to go up as champions

Starting to feel like sh*t now! Took me ages to get up this morning and as a result couldnt prepare any food for work so thats all ive got is some protien shakes for food

So todays diet looks like- Oats-Shake-Shake-Shake-Ham Sandwhich-Training-Steak+Veg-Quark

I need carbs I cant take eating chicken anymore!! I know its only been a couple of days but still.

Im going to start cycling tonight so I can eat more! Ive had a week off so theres no reason why I cant start now. Ill ad some carbs at 4pm meal ready for training at 5.30/6.00
