I dont know much about apistitine (sp) but as long as people advise that the extra 2 weeks is fine then crack on

Im counting down the days until I can start mine 32 days

Found out that pre-season doesnt start for 2 months aswell which means we will be have 2 months more training under our belt come September.

Ive eat **** the last couple of days so im rekon ill be lucky to be at 16st4lb

Weigh In

16st3.6lb

Again happy with this even though I think I said 3lb was the target because Ive eat crap the last 3 days. Target next week is 3lbs because I will try to start running every day.

Went running Friday only done just under 2miles in about 13minutes. My aim by the end of the summer is to run 6 miles at a decent pace. Off on a run later going to go for 3 miles as fast as I can.

Went for a run yesterday on the treadmill in the end as it was to busy on the road.

Was a complete muppet and was running out the door and the matt went from beneath me, went flying through the door face and shoulder face on the floor. Shoulders agony again now I think theres more muscle damage than anything now because the pain is on the muscle and goes down the length of it. Ive got an x-ray so hopefully ill now more.

Run 2 miles last night took me 16 minutes not exactly great but something im going to work on.
Still cant move my arm Starting to get realy down now because still cant do any training and my plans for training have gone out the window. Also worried about Friday with fracture clinic, even though the bone probably have healed im worrie about the damage to the muscle as I can still hardly move it after 3/4 weeks

Cant stand it! I dont want to do it right up untill I leave the house. Im finding it hard atm but I am hoping the more I do the easier it gets and therefore the more I enjoy it.

Been running a few times since Friday building the distance up slowly so im always trying to progress and push myself. Last night I went for a run up hill for the first time as i've always gone on the flat. Ran 3/4 mile up and 3/4 mile down not much but just a start. Going to aim for 1 mile up then 1 mile on the flat next time and see how far I get.
At the start of pre-season last year I was struggling to do a 3 mile run so I want to be able to do that comfortably by the start of it this year.
