I'm currently helping a few guys and girls prepare for bodybuilding competitions this spring/summer. A few of them are running Journals on MT:

- Cookie dough
and husband
- S41N7

- ChrissieG

- Nikkiejt

- biker

- Scandalous

- ticteaser

Please watch these journals as they make very interesting and motivational reading. I'll be popping in on them regularly to monitor and comment. Please encourage them all as they are all really enthusiastic and the journals are very enjoyable. You can watch how things pan out as the weeks go by

If anyone would like details of my services for pre-competition then please email info@healthyaction.co.uk

Any specific questions for the competitors please post in the relevant journal, but queries of a more general nature, please post here

No pressure, then James?

Seriously, it is excellent to get all of the support you get on MT! Thanks to everyone who has taken the trouble to pop in to my ramblings and offer advice/abuse/general banter!

James is your nutrition advice/meal plans targetted specifically at BBers or do cater for strength athletes/fighters who are considering cutting weight/moving up weight classes?

I'm not after advice myself by the way I've just always wondered.

The guys above are on my Bodybuilding Competition Package

However the vast majority of our clients are for weight reduction, normal training, food intolerances, and yes I do get a few powerlfters and strongmen - in fact I have a PL just paid and waiting for me to get onto his diet!
