Hi Waheed, ouch - that head wound sounds really nasty, hope you're recovering ok now. I've got 8 stitches in my wrist-op wound which are healing nicely, not sure I could cope with a head gash though. You'll be back to normal soon I expect.

Yes mate, all nutrition side of things James will sort, alot easier him telling me what to eat, when etc. Diuretics I wont mess about with. Gear is sorted, I need to research more into the final week a bit more, but I will post up as and when I get ideas, so people can gie me their views. I love tren, it does my head up a bit, well has done in the past, but so far, so good.

Chins
3 sets bodyweight, 15 reps
with 10kg plate, 3 sets, 10 reps each

Lat pull down
started on tis really light today, my training partner stacked it a few times, I did my last two sets, full stack, 8 good reps. Felt very strong here

T-bar
2 sets 2 plate
3 sets 3 plates

Sit down row, with wide grip handle?! Not sure on official name of this lol
Again as per lat pull down 2 sets light, then stacked the lot 2 sets, 8 reps

Bent over dumbell rows

1 set 40kg
2 sets 50kg
1 set 30 kg 20 reps

Also did 3 sets for my reverse delts on pec dec machine

Very surprised at my strength today, think its the halo helping, I am running it at 40mg a day now and felt very focused and aggresive in the gym. Loved it! Elbows are feeling very sore now, think im going to invest in some decent elbow supports. Switching it up and doing arms tomorrow and legs thurday as my training partner only has limited times to train..so arms tomorrow, will update then..

Have not updated my journal for over a week..things not been good! Tueday evening of last week, eating my 7pm meal. Cooked up 2 salmon fillets, brown rice, some veg. All good. Watched the Davinci code lol, by the time it was finished my stomach was really bloated, hard to touch, cramps etc. Later in the night started getting sick, was up a few times. Next morning, again sick as soon as i woke. Tried drinking tea, which came up sraight away, the milk curdled in my stomach straight away! The whole thing lasted a few days, could not eat or train, was bloody awful.
Went to work at the weekends, still gotta make my money! Ended up evicting a guy for throwing a bottle at his ex gf's head, once past the door he elbows me, just catching my chin...so..well im sure you get what happened next. I ended up chipping the top of my knuckle, very painful, doesnt sound like a painful thing to happen, believe me it was! In an hour there was a huge lump on my hand, pain was unreal. To cut a long story short, im strapped up, I cant close my hand, so cant grip, so cant train! I will be out for 5-6 weeks, which puts a big change on things now. I was planning to add more mass as I was not happy with my current size, before I started dropping the fat. Now I am losing weight, on top of the 7lbs I dropped through illness, cant train, feel like total sh*t.

I made myself a commitment that this year I was going to do a comp. There is one in october, allsports novice, which seems ok and gives me a goal. I wont be ready for the other two now, no chance. The plan right now is to rest, heal. I will stick to my diet above as best I can, I am going to train legs 3xweek, quads, hams and calves, going to bring my legs right up. Still going to try and do CV 3 times a week for 20 mins. Will pick up the serious training and diet once I am back and better.

I will update this journal on a weekly basis now, until I am on track again.

Thanks for your emails Waheed and sorry to hear about all this.

Keep a leanish diet to maintain and get back on track for hard trainng as soon as the hand is better. Then pre-comp dietiting again 3 months before the show

cheers CD and James. Went to the gym today, first time in ages. Purely squatting session.

60kg x 20 reps warm up
100kg x 10 2 sets
140kg x 8 1 set
180 kg x 8 1 set
200kg x 4 2 sets

The 200kg really really took it out of me. Still feeling a bit weak, hand caused me some jip trying to get a decent grip on the bar, but happy with what I did. Cold tell I worked hard as 3 mins after my last set, had to run to the toilet..all my mornings food came up..talk about projectile vomiting. Not happy with all the food I had eaten coming up, but it had to be done.

Gear wise, I am using one shot of sust a week now, just got a load of HCG which I will run over the next 6 weeks. Then back on normal course once I am better. Still a bit depressed that I cant train, more angry than anything. Just when things are going well, you get a kick in the teeth! Work tonight, thursday night so will be a quiet one. Going to bedoing a 3 day split from next week, hams on a monday, quads on a weds and calves on a friday. CV tues, thurs and sun. Will update next week.

Hope things get back to normal as soon as for you. Think you need a head guard and knuckle dusters for that job of yours - It's not like in the old days when you could 'take 'em round the back to sort 'em out!

Thanks Nodumbelle..your right I do need it lol...its bank hol this weekend so lots of work, not that im the greatest help strapped up right now!

Have not updated much recently. Mainly because there is not much to update lol! Trained my quads and hams this week, I wont go into detail as in sets/reps, but went moderate heavy on them, enough to give them a decent workout. I did calves last fri, worked that night too and woke up the net morning with the WORST DOMS ever! I honestly could barely stand up! I would stretch them out, but as soon as I sat down, and went to get back up the pain was intense! Lasted until friday...not good!

Diet wise, its been looking like this:

8.00am wake (regardless of if I have worked the night before) 30g whey in water

8.30am 50g porridge with linseeds, 1 satsuma, black coffee, shake with walnut oil, whey, banana, water

10.30am tuna and whole wheat pasta, 1 tin and approx 75g pasta

1.30pm mackerel, 7 oatcakes

before training

1 scoop whey, 1 oatcake, MP Pulse

after training

2scoop whey, 3 scoop WMS

5.00pm MP MRP and flapjack

7.30pm main meal, fish/meat..potatoes/rice/pasta
Salad, mixed veg, 2 x fruit

10.30pm whey/casein combo

Its similar to what James had done for me, but a meal less, not as big portions. Im concentrating on staying lean as I can without dropping weight. Upper body is very flat, I hate not training the top half! Been playing alot of mind games, but looking forward to getting back and getting on better than ever...

Anyways, work tonight, CV tomorrow, I have my little girl to look after all day tomorrow so I am very excited. Il update whenever I can and whenever something ineresting happens!

Good to see your still chipping away. Just keep away from them eatser eggs
Think everyone understands it must be a head-job not been able to train upper body. The advantage here is that you'll put greater emphasis on legs...most guys av tiny legs so you'll have an advantage

Trainings going great, got myself to a gym where a few of the members compete. Diets going good too, although it took me 2 months to get into a good habbit of eating consistantly. James has had to start from scratch with me, i was eating terrible when i came to him. I've had the odd slip up but they're less frequent now, besides i don't realy have time to slip up

good to see the progress sorry about the misfortune of events that have occured.

i noticed you train in luton, i also train there but at a different gym (GYM1)

some strong lifts there keep it up

might pop down powercraft and get some tips of you if you dont mind

Hi Razor...I sometimes train at gym 1 too, think they are the only 2 decent BB gyms around. Im down powercraft Mon, Wed, Fri at 2.30pm mate, let me know if you do come down, can get a session sorted, although im pretty restricted right now. More than welcome to train legs tho lol

ello mate jus had a look through ur journal, shame bout ur hand buddy, was the pleasure of tw@tin that nob worth puttin ur trainin out for 6 weeks? bet it was haha. Hope it gets back so i can continue readin up on your training! notice you use a sort of pyramid set system for alot of your training and you never go under 8 reps, im training at 3x8 atm i wana go 3x10 but i dont like dropping my weights makes me feel weak :(
anyway best of luck getin ur hand bk 2 normal, bet ur end up the reverse of wot all the blokes want massive great tree trunk legs and a smaller upper body!! o well

Cheers Matteh, I really regret hitting him, but at the time it was such an instinctive thing to do, but I think its when I went overboard that did it. Would of been better off locking him up and launching him, but sh*t happens. I do use a pyramid type system, I have never followed a training system as such, I just warm up, lift heavy, then get a pump by repping out. Just read Dorian Yates book and his training style is very interesting, im tempted to give it ago for a while just to see what comes of it.

Todays diet has been awful! I worked last night, I have man flu too! So its been:

Breakfast: 4 slices wholemeal toast and jam, 2 cups tea, 2 mango yoghurts, one protein shake consisting 2 scoops whey, 3 scoop oats, milk, banana, walnut oil

2.00pm 1 MRP and 1 MP flapjack

4.00pm Pizza Experess sloppy giuseppe pizza with extra beef, apple juice

I am about to have 1.5 chicken breasts in 2 pittas with salad and some hot sauce, an MRP at 8.00pm, then off to work, where I will have a double chicken breast burger, 1 MRP, 1 flapjack bar and whey/casein at the end of the night and bed. Work tomorrow night too then im off!

Ok a further update. I am still in PCT right now, feel like sh*t! Just worked another night on the doors, dead pb, easy money and time and half. Weight wise, I am 14st 5! I was SO shocked when I weighed myself. total headf*ck. Got the tape measure out, measured arms, just over 17" I did not even attempt any more measurements. I thought I was looking flat etc due to not training. Working nights and then having 4 hours kip and getting up and looking after my daughter all day, not eating properly, or planning properly, have all contributed and does not help. Now bank hol is over, I am dropping my door work to 3 eves a week, and will use my time better and plan things alot better in advance. PCT is not too bad right now, using alot of HCG as suffered quiet a bit of shrinkage, but th boys are coming back lol!
The only good thing I can coment on is my bodyfat, which seems quiet low, I seem alot more vascular, which is stange. I need to keep positive though. I have just got a LOAD of Scering/Medipharm Pakistani Testoviron, which will last me a year lol! Also have 500iu of Hygetropin and 1000mcg IGF. Will run:

1000mg test e pw
500mg deca pw
Proviron @ 25mg pd, will up it to 50 if deca dick hits lol
HGH, going to run 10iu e3d, poss with slin, though still more research needed here before Imake a decision.
IGF will be used site specifically, as I defnately feel it has helped with site specific growth on me prev.
HCG run throughout, will update this once I know what I am doing here.

I am also going to up my cardio once on this cycle to 30mins 3 mornings a week, just for the fitness if anything. My goal now is mass, and alot of it!

Anyways, totally knackered, off to bed. Quads tomorrow, so update then.

Well did not quite get round to doing my quads til today. Very good session, feeling more positive about thins now. Also my hand is feeling better too, can nearly clench my fist, which is perking me up a bit! Todays session:

Squats:

1x60kgx20 reps
1x100kgx15 reps
1x140kg 10 reps
2x200kg 6 reps
2x100kg 10 reps

Standing calf raises on the smith with box

1x60kgx20 reps
2x100kgx20 reps
2x140kgx10 reps
1x180kg x 6 reps
1x60kgx20 reps

Calves were hurt badly, unbelievable burn..

Leg press

Straight on to:
1x160kgx10 reps
1x220kgx10 reps
3x270kgx10reps

That was enough right there...again, had to run to the toilet and thew up my pwo meal, all my water etc..not nice. Does anyone know why this happens to me on most legs days? Does not happen to my training partner? We are shifting exact same weights..

Been feeling more positive last few days about training etc. Could be because I have a huge draw full of gear good to go soon lol! I am going down to the SE show in portsmouth on 6th April, should give me some inspiration and motivation. I also took some photos last night of me, looking flat and crappy and deflated..actually I dont look that bad, but I will post them this weekend when I do my next update, just so I can track progress and remember the position I am in when I read back through my journal. I intend to make a huge transformation when my hand gets better. been making the most of my free time and have been reading alot on using insulin and GH for the winter months when I bulk. Still alot more research needed I think, but I am sure its the way I am going to go.

Will update this journal again sunday night with pics this time!
