I have not updated this journal in a while. With limited/no upper body training, real training, I have been doing legs once/twice a week and fell into a depression, lost alot of motivation. I pretty much thought sod the comp for another year. But I have decided that seen as I can now train again, I am going to do a comp. It will be the UKBFF N.East in Leeds, first timers category. This is on October 5th. My diet has been pretty good. Not eaten too much, but it certainly has not been full on. My weight has dropped to 14stone, I am flat, not running anything right now. My plans for this are: 12 May 2008 – 23 June 2008-05-11 Test prop + NPP cycle: 150mg Test prop + 150mg NPP Shot Mon, Tue, Thur, Sat = 600mg prop and npp Dbol 30mg per day for 21 days 23 June 2008 – 21 July 2008-05-11 Sust 250mg x 2 a week IGF 1000mcg to last 3 weeks 21 July 2008 – 01 September 2008 150mg Test prop + 150mg NPP Shot Mon, Tue, Thur, Sat = 600mg prop and npp Dbol 30mg per day for 21 days 01 September – 05 October: TBC - still researching, usual meds will be in here, tren ace, mast, winny etc. My diet has been tweaked a bit by James, plan is to lean bulk for the next few weeks, to get myself back into decent shape. First proper session back in the gym today..back day! Started off with bodyweight chins to warm up, 4 sets of 10 reps. One arm bent over db rows: 32kg x 10 32kg x 10 50kg x 10 60kg x 10 60kg x 10 Lat pull down, close grip: 4 sets, heaviest set 4 notches from stacking it. My hand was aching a bit at this point, so took a ten min rest. T-Bar rows: 40kg x 10 60kgx 10 80kg x 10 80kg x 10 Reverse pec dec for rear delts/traps/rhomboids: 4 sets at moderate weight 4 further sets of behind the neck lat pull downs. Also did 2 sets of 100kg deads, im going to do this every week to strengthen my lower back, I really want to be able to deadlift again! So thats pretty much it. l update tomorrow after my leg session, should be fun!

Thank you CD..yep been in touch with James, new diet amended, raring to go. been watching both yourselfs and your hubbys journal too, both seem to be doing well so far! Yeah I needed to stop feeling sorry for myself and get back on it, its amazing how much better it is training towards a goal. Im all very excited again and DETERMINED to get where I want to be!

Ok..so did chest session on weds, short intense session: Flat BB Bench 1x60kg 20 reps 2x 100 kg 10 reps 1x140 kg 6 reps 1 x 120kg 6 reps Incline bench 1x60kg 15 reps 3x 100kg 8-10 reps (struggled on getting ten apart from 1st 100kg set) 1 x 80kg 10 reps Incline flyes DB's 1 x 20kg 10 reps 2 x 27.5kg 10 reps 2 x 22.5 kg 10 reps All done, quite short, btu was done in 45 mins and m chest felt like it was going to explode. I have a nice new 4cm stretch mark under both sides of my arm pt today, to add to my collection Thurs was arms day. Skullcrushers with EZ bar: 1 x 20kg x 15 reps 2 x 40kg x 8 reps 1 x 45kg x 5 reps 1 x 20kg x 8 reps (totally fried tri's, they were sore due to chest day before!) Seated Barbell preachers with ez bar: 1 x 20kg x 15 reps 3 x 45kg x 10 reps 1 x 50kg x 10 reps Tri push down: 1 x 80kg x 10 reps 1 x 100kg x 10 reps 1 x 130kg x 8 reps 2 x 100kg x 8 reps Inclide seated db curls supersetted 22kg 10 reps, drop and rep out 10 reps on 12.5 kg...BURNS like mad! did 3 ses of these Tri rope push down: 1 warm up with half machine stack, 3 sets with machine stacked Arms felt very pumped, nice to do some proper training! So today, is sat morning. Worked last night and got in at 3.30am, dropped my car off for a new windscreen, front and rear pads, ehaust system..all these things come at once.So was up at 8 to drop the car off. DIet so far today: 100g porridge with ground linseeds, shake with whey, water, walnut oil, banana. Also just ate 3 slices of egg bread made with 4 whole eggs. Im going to have one weekend day to vary away from my planned diet as its very hard to stick to same food at same times, so one day helps me out...as long as its good food, I eat enough of it too! My right arm is aching bad today. Did 2ml test prop npp thur night and today I cant even move it! Feel awful! Taken pain killers and will keep massaging etc..prop in delts is a biatch! Today plan is to eat and sleep!
