I know what yo mean Flick - I just want to be ready and it to be happening this weekend!! (get butterflies when I think about it though!!).

Anyway - I've managed to get onto the internet for a while tonight - hooray!! Just a quick update - diet is same as normal, training - seems to be going pretty well although the gym was BOILING tonight (no air-con) which made it harder work than I think it should've been, but I did all that was planned so...mission accomplished!!

Have had several comments this week about my progress which is nice (in some ways) one of the women at work said that I have got manly arms todday (haven't a clue!! springs to mind!), but a few others that don't really talk other than 'hi how's it going' kind of thing were talking to me tonight and saying I'm looking quite good so that's really nice of them to say - bless them!

Still - I'm nervously waiting to see James' response tomorrow, then Ill be able to give you a proper update (and hopefully some piccies too tomorrow night, fingers crossed!!). Other than that - all quiet and as per the norm for me this week!!

Nikkie has just been and was viewed by Wayne, Hazel and me! The verdict: excellent. Needs to work on her posing though, and little bit more to come off the thighs. Back and arms are brilliant though.

Hazel took some photos which Nikkie will put up later

In addition, I have used a variation of Drew's HIIT cardio for Nikkie which she'll be doing twice per week:

5 mins steady state cardio
30 second high heart rate
90 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
60 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
45 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
45 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
45 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
45 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
5 mins steady state

...starting tonight!

Hi folks! Cookie - got your email, text etc, will look at the dates and get back to you with the best Saturday for us to have a girlie training sess!! Be great!!

James - did the cardio although the split you gave only adds up to 19mins, so I carried on for the 25 - hope that's ok?! Did hurt my thighs a little as they were still sore from training on Monday, but it made me laugh each time I completed the high intervals - great though being done so quicly, fingers crossed it works! Hope that by the time I see you next my legs 'n' bum look A1!! lol.

Thanks to you, Hazel and Wayne for being great earlier too!! I replied to your email and tried to explain why I get nervous! I think it'll pass! (Better had, it's an ordeal and a half worrying about what the verdict's going to be!! lol!)

Am about to select a couple of piccies to post too

You might have to make the file smaller. Open the file in microsnot photo editor. Click on Image an pick 'resize' from the drop down menu and resize the pic. If it's been a good quality digital shrink it to about 20 - 25% the upload on your holding site.

Hope that helps!

Im not very good at this sort of thing. I opened my pics in 'photo and fax viewer' Theres an icon at the bottom that allows you to edit and rescale the size. When you open your pic on computer what programme does it open in?

Quick update: diet changed from today:

70-75 mins cardio pre-breakfast (alternating between the 2 durations Mon-Sat)
30g oats, 1/2 tbsp ground linseed (also a change), 4 egg whites, 1/2 yolk, 2 kiwi, 100ml s.milk
10.00am - (here's the change) 80g chicken + piece of fruit
Lunch: 80g chicken, 20g rice with salad/veggies
4.00pm: 20g oats, 30g whey, 1/2 tsp ground linseed, apple
Pre-wkout: 1/2 oatcake + banana & greentea, immediately pre-wkout: 1/2 oatcake
PWO shake: 5g glutamine, 15g dextrose, 20g whey
Dinner: 70g salmon, veggies, 20g rice
pre-bed: 100ml s.milk + 20g casein

Didn't feel too bad today thankfully, let's see how it goes over the weekend!!

Training went well today - Hazel - I tried Calve raises on the leg press, you were so right, wish I'd tried this sooner, much better than squishing my shoulders on the standing m'ch!!

I'm going to try and get piccies on again in a min - keep everything crossed!!

No luck . It won't zip properly and I can't resize the damn thing! I'll work on it though over the weekend. Worse case scenario I'll email James / Hazel and ask them to post them in here for me! I'm normally pretty good at techy stuff - don't understnad why it's not doing what it should be!??

OK folks I've done it now! . I'm not at all photogenic I warn you, it could put you off your dinner!! lol

Hope to be able to show considerable improvement in 3-4 more weeks (as I've only got 7 left this Sunday!! Dead excited!). As long as my legs start to improve I'll share those with the world too (not literally), until then I'm too embarrassed to show them to you all! . Still, I hope that with the new cardio and changes in the diet they'll come on loads in the next few weeks! Feedback welcome (please be gentle!! lol)

You're looking good there Honey! Nice lean back and V. (am mega jealous of anyone where you can see the erectus spinae from top to bottom ) I'm sure you're dead on track in James' capable hands.

You're not the only to hate standing calve raises. It kills my back and I don't do them any more. Calves for me on the hack squat, leg press, seated machine and shruggy wheel barrow thingy!
