Hey up!
I'm with you on the wobbly legs today. Didn't realise how bad mine were 'til I tried coming downstairs and nearly fell top to bottom!
Have emailed James to see about diet and routines. Do you meet up with him, or do you sort everything out via email and phone?

Hiya NDB - last year I looked him up and he sorted everything out with me on line and by phone. I did meet him though a few months after my initial start up, good to meet up I must admit, I didn't have a camera of my own then either so it was all based on my feedback to him which must've made it hard work for him!

As for this year, we've already arranged to meet in a couple of weeks as I think I need the input / support etc. Plus I've got some questions for him!! lol. Be good to get some feedback from him - I can rely on him to be totally honest! Hope I can take it!!

Wobbly legs are a nightmare, I've got to get up the bloomin' stairs yet! lol. Can't wait to see how quickly my broken body gets back down them after my bath and in the morning it'll be hilarious on my bike (might use my stepper tom - see which one hurts the least!!) lol.

James is really good and lovely with the stricter side of the diet too from what I experienced with him last time. Made me laugh though earlier when he said it's not going to be easy for long!! oo-er! Can't wait to see how I'm going to look though -roll on June!!

No kidding Tan! I keep laughing to myself 'cos I've hardly got control of 'em! lol

Got down those stairs pretty sharpish I can tell you - I keep giggling though and saying 'oo, I'm broken!' and hobbly-trot down stairs! lol (Think I've lost it! )

I'm sure you don't really have wobbly, nor spagetti arms Chrissie!! lol.

As for the shoes - they were pretty comfy (for 20 mins or so! he,he), I will master them - shouldn't take too much work I hope! How are you getting on with yours? I keep thinking I might get another chance to potter around in mine over the weekend if hubby pops out for an hour or 2 - should do!!

Training tonight was chest. Not my strongest area but hey-ho!!

Right then:

Flat db press x 1 x 15 - 10kg (warm up)
Incline db press x 3. reps: 12, 12, 10. weights: 12.5, 15, 17.5kgs
Incline flyes x 3. reps: 12. weights: 10, 12.5, 15kgs
Db pullover x 3. reps: 12. weights: 17.5, 20, 22.5 kgs
Cable crossover x 3. reps: 12, 12, 15. weights: 2, 3, 2 plates on stack.

Not bad, should've done abs tonight, but I'll catch up tomorrow night when I do back instead!!

Diet - the same as usual!

Pre cardio: strong black coffee, lean green, sida cordifolia

cardio x 60mins

7.00am Brekkie - 4 egg whites, 1/2 yolk, 2 kiwi, 30g oats, 100ml sk.milk
Meal 2: apple, 30g whey, 20g oats, ground linseed
Lunch: 80g chicken, 20g brown basmati rice, salad, green tea
Meal 4: see meal 2
45mins pre-weights: lean green + sida cordifolia
30mins pre WO: 1 sml banana, 1/2 oatcake, black coffee (had run out of tea - oops!)
Immediately pre WO: 1/2 oatcake
Post WO: 20g whey, 15g dextrose, 5g glutamine
Dinner: 80g chicken, 20g brown basmati rice, tons of broc & a field of cauli!! (a few peas), green tea.
Pre-bed will be: 20g casein + 100ml sk.milk

Still going well, was a bit hungry before lunch today, that's normal for a Tuesday - 'm not sure if it's psychological or not, but I'm always more hungry the day after legs!! (They are a wee bit sore as is my ass!! Each time I got up in the office today it took me half a dozen steps to loosen up again!! lol)

It's a darn good thing we don't all go the same gym - there'd be half of the place limping and ouching about at the rate we're going!!

Mind you Kitty & Tan - the weights I do are pretty teensy compared to those I read that you two chuck about - don't know about the rest of the girlies on here!! lol


Thanks for dropping in Welshy, hope you're right - things are good at the min - early days mind, but I love the feeling of dieting and the changes that you see - makes you feel fanbloomintastic!!

We'd just wander round like a bunch of demics! Legs feel ok though so far...tomorrow is a differetn story though but am hoping the Kre-Alkalyn does it's majik

Howz tham legs everyone? Mine are still sore!! . Don't mind though, it's a nice sore lol!

About to get my butt in gear for morning cardio!! . Got some sort of allergic reaction going on my neck (2nd day), think its' perfume reaction as it's only my neck, but boy is it hot and tickly!! Hope getting sweaty isn't going to upset it anymore than it already is? , looks like I've got toady-red neck disease or something - ain't pretty!!

Aargh!! Nearly forgot to mention - almost got rumbled by hubby last night!! He noticed that my arms 'n' shoulders are starting to shape up a bit, and I said, mm they are a little bit, good isn't it? (Innocently!). His reply: well if you get silly with it I'll shave my head and grow a chin beard (he's good looking with hair and a bald chin - not as much so the other way around!! ) and I said - what do you mean silly? Well if you get like they look in some of those pictures in the magazines covered in that brown s**t 'n' stuff, it's not feminine at all, nor if you get big!!! Well there's not much chance of me getting big at just over 8st (that's my target), but as for the other bit - oooops - a - daisy!!! lmao! I'll keep you all posted - I might be needing some TLC soon if he really does take the hump! lol
