I think its a damn good supplement. I can feel it working. I sweat buckets more in high intensity cardio than without it, now have to take a 2 litre bottle of water into the gym and still end up refilling at the fountain. I'm not sure on this but long term use of it might be okay because the main ingredients appear to be things like green tea, cayenne, ketones etc.

Note I'm not an mp fanboy, I've thrown away all my mp proteins before I've even finished them due to stomach troubles and bad taste.

I'm about half way through so its still early doors yet. I have noticed that on training days when I take 3 you do get that ready brek warm glow and then the sweat just pours out. Was doing my cardio which is 1hr bodycombat class and besides burning 900 cals the sweat i lost was unreal. So much so i've bought some wrist bands to soak it up although i'd be better off with a mop.

looks like a good formulation, would be better with the addition of TTA though

No reason why you can't stack TTA and ALCAR with it... :)

Good stuff in my experience. Makes me sweat but the only problem is that I get a slight burning sensation in my throat, I think it could be the pepper extract as it feels like I have just eaten something spicy! Make me sweat like anything tho but noticed it has moved more stubborn body fat which is always a bonus!

TTA ?

TetradecylThioacetic Acid (TTA) is another PPARalpha activator [7]. TTA works in conjunction with OEA in increasing the oxidation of fatty acids and decreasing the storage of fatty acids. TTA has been shown to increase insulin sensitivity by increasing hepatic fat oxidation and ketogenesis while draining fatty acids from the blood and extrahepatic tissues. Increased insulin sensitivity means less insulin needs to be secreted to accomplish a given task. this is beneficial while dieting because insulin is anti-lipolyic.

Recommended Dosage:
500mg 1-2 times per day.
