Personally i'd keep cals at just below maintainence and 50% carbs, 35% pro, 15% fat is a good ratio.

I wouldn't do cardio either let he dnp burn the fat and remember to keep hydrated.

First few days won't be too dramatic but you should see steady fat loss after this this due to glycogen depleting the first few days.

With re to the workout, go for higher reps and lower weight mate. You won't be making any heavy lifts as DNP messes with your ATP system.
Just go for the burn (so to speak)

Dont have to many simple carbs mate, I would up the calories also, 1500 is pushing it big time! Your body needs more than this just to function! You can get away with more cals so why go so low I dont know. DNP is scary ****, I get anxiaty off EPH god knows what I would be like off DNP lol!

still alive lol

weight is starting to fall off nicley now but im going to have do cut the cycle short slightly
not because of the sides but because like a numpty i droped some in the sink whilst getting them out of the medicen cabinet
im SO p!ssed off with myself i have enough lift for a few more days though as some missed the sink

up to now for me the sides have been over rated BUT im not saying it will be like this for every one
and i would Never go past 400mg as im sure the sides would get more drastic
i have devoloped a few small patches of dry skin, it might be nothing to do with the dnp but it it probably is
