I have started running DNP for the first time today

the cycle is

200mg days 1-3
400mg days 4-10 (maybe less if the sides get to much)

I have been on a very low carb diet for the past 3 days

I will only be eating around 1500-1700 cals a day

im around 15st 7lbs

been training for years and ran many AAS cycles but this is the first time with the fat furnace that is DNP
i will log my experences day to day

well the first day on DNP
i was expecting to burst into flames or die but it has not happened lol
i feel slightly warmer but that is it. i weighed myself in the morning and i was 15st 8 but i was 15 14 later that day
which i think is to do with water retention as i have sat arond 15-8 for a few weeks im drinking ALOT more fluids than usualy
i must of drank 5l+ today

oh im also mesuring my body temp with a acurate thermomiter(sp) and today it has satayed around 36-7 degrees

Don't no much about DNP as its something ive no intention of ever using but is it correct that it can cause birth defects in a fetus if you ever choose to have children later in life,i'm sure i read this a few years ago but ive never seen it mentioned since?

Glad to see you've gone into this aware of all the potential sides.
I've only read a little bit about DNP but none of it positive yet so I'll keep my eyes on this one to see how you fare.

Best of luck.

No need to limit cals to any great degree with this med mate the calorie deficit brought about by the dnp will be immense anyway...The amount of fatburn is actually proportional to amount of carbs eaten and simple carbs such as fruit are the best option during the course imo.
You weight training/doing cardio?
