Hi Eddie

When and what are you planning exactly?

Week 1 1000mg Frontload Test E
week 2-8 500mg Test E
21 day Nolva PCT

First Injection starts on April 1rst, cycle ends just before end of May, PCT finishes just before my 27th birthday (i hope) i may start the cycle sooner depending on how things go, it wont kick in for a fortnight anyway

come back from doing upper Back, good session, managed to push the weights up slightly while still keeping this super strict form, pleased

Body combat tonight as well

do you reckon you benefit more doing an upper and lower back day?

in terms of energy yes, i only did 6 working sets today but they were quite brutal, very very slow controlled movements with full ROM kicked my arse. I could do upper back like this and deadlift on the same day, just wouldn't be able to get 100% out of the workouts. Plus sessions took me around 25 mins so im happy as im in and out of the gym quickly which is what i like

In terms of results, i dont know ive never done a 5 day split until now, i know when im on cycle it will provide a big benefit as i can smash the hell out of each muscle group and recover faster. i wouldn't recommend a 5 day to most people that are natural though unless you have a food intake like mine, it can and will drain you and knock the stuffing out of you given time

Good luck with it mate, sounds like you've got it all planned out.
Were you not tempted to go with a 'lesser' or 'designer' steroid like Epistane?
Forgive my ignorance if this is a stupid question.

I wouldn't touch Epistane with a fcuking barge-pole mate, i dont like ANY designer steroids at all if im honest as they all lack track records for that of real gear. Superdrol, Epi or any of these other new gen steroids may have their parent compound proved as safe but Epi has not been proved safe in long term studies, its a new drug and there is more info on Dbol as its been around 50+ years then Epi which has been around what a few years if that?

I was going to use Tbol but the cost of it to the gains i would make just didn't seem right to me, cycle was gonna be 4 times more than what i paid for this one and would give around 1/4 of the gains too

No need to apologise either mate, we are all here to learn from one another
