I have an option im using that isn't for most but im getting to the end of my rope with damage control nonstop

Squat 3 plates a side for reps
Deadlift 5 plates a side for at least 1rm
bench 2 plates a side for reps

easy if you follow the routine raj give. ive only followed it for about a month or less, and im nearly at 140 my self!

its all relative at the end of the day.
