Always have time for my friends

I have had the ultrafine oats and they are essentially oat flour. I make my own by chucking loads in a blender and giving it a few good shakes (cheap blender lol) for a minute or so. 1kg of ultrafine oats for around 50p a kilo vs £2, plus no delivery charges

Thing is though you have to leave them settle for around 10 mins or so then give you shaker a good bit of wrist action to get evenly distributed. Works best in thick shakes especially ones with blended bananas and or yogurt

Thought id pop in...

EDIT: Scrap that, couldnt sleep so read all 47 pages. Sun is rising

Hows the UD2 going anyway? Carb depletions as i said before look a bit rough and there seemed to be a fair bit to go through so ive stuck with a "medium carb, pro, low fats ish calorie deficit" diet. Changing soon thought if weight loss is still slow, UD2...TKD...Hmm who knows.

Discovered any good recipes worth sharing? Im gonna put together a cheese cake one, but it'll be interesting to see if i can beat the weight watchers products already out there, some are pretty low.

keep up the hard work,
RS

His pants are there because he actually has a waist and a butt where with most blokes they just merge into one and the same!

Hi Eddie,

What impressed you more today; the 200kg x 5 or the 150kg x 20 or the excuses for performing neither?

Ed.
