Ahhh you bastard, i wanna carb up!!!
Is this the first time youve been this lean/noticed the veins? If so, how awesome is that feeling! As much as i hate the "skinny" feeling, the veins and abs are pretty motivating/enjoyable!

What stuff did you get to eat? Helping you with the binge issues or do you feel its ingraining them deeper?

All the best

Rich that is the first week of UD2 mate

its the first time ive been this vascular yes, but its also due to drinking shedloads and dropping sodium to the floor when i carbed up (i had virtually none after loading it)

at the moment my arms and shoulders are getting more and more cut as the week goes by, but midsection and lower back have gone sortve soggy, its weird. I shall crack on though

as for the refeed, weeeellllllll

1x500ml chocolate slushy
1x500ml pot of ben & jerrys choc fudge brownie low fat frozen yogurt
pasta
sweet potato
rice pudding
milk
oats
and quite a few bananas too

around 900g worth i think, the load was intense mate, energy levels all over the gaffe and crashed left right and centre, wanted to fall asleep. vast majority of my carbs came from starches so all good really. I did glycogen depletion training today, felt really really strong

I havent had any binge urges for a week or so mate, courtesy of having ladies in my life again.

I am interested as to whether he did it. No agenda, just curiosity. Is it possible to know or do I have to join the Secret Squirrel club?
