New journal, new goals, new set of problems to deal with

Old journal simply got too big for its own good, its referenced below.

Try and beat my bingeing urges totally or get some kind of control once again

Squat 3 plates a side for reps
Deadlift 5 plates a side for at least 1rm
bench 2 plates a side for reps

All before the year is out

Onion, move is going ok mate, flat is going up for sale next week and im excited now as it goes. Just gotta get rid of all of the meat and stuff in my freezer so time for some bulking in the upcoming months i think

its all relative at the end of the day.
