thats just putting me on the spot, i'm white hairy and fat at the moment!! Doing chest and bi's today should get chance to pop in tomorrow and tell all and i promiuse to find out about posting pics up!

forgot to post, i weighed myself this mornig and i'm 17 stone 3 which is about 110 kg Arms 17" Chest 47" Thigh 27" Calf 17.5" Waist 37"

chest and biceps bench 60kx15, 112.5k x 12 inc db press 45kx13 inc db fly 32.5kx14 wide dips 23 pullovers 35kx15 pullups 9 bb curls 42.5k x 15 alt db curl 17.5k x 15 hammer curls 17.5k x 15 leg raise (off bench) 20 Trained at a different gym cos i was working there so i had to guess what DB' s to use to some extent cos i normally use ones that are in pounds, think i guessed about right on most things though. GF's birthday on fri so after this weekend i think its time to start reigning in the diet a bit, nothing too horrible. Will probabaly go for the 70:30 aproach (basically clean monday to friday, weekends i can cheat if i want to)

Legs Leg ext stack x 20 (on a dif machine than last time hence seemingly large jump in weight) Squats 140k x 20 Hack 80k (not inc sled) x20 SLDL 100k x 20 Leg Curl 45 x 11 Calf raise stack + 8 discs x 20 Seated calf 120k x 20 Twist Crunch 22 Felt really strong last night plus gym was dead due to liverpool playing at home. Think i've got a plan to get some pics up so should have some done in next fortnight or so

On the subject of piccies i'm going to get you to do me a favour but i'll have to e mail you for it! Did cardio yesterday, about 70 min on my bike, well about 35 min on way to see client and 35 min back home. Finished off with special fried rice, lovely! lol

My a**e still hurts from riding on wed and i had a gel seat thing on... anyway! Pagan cheers mate, if i lie on my back will you rub it? lol I've got a home issue with the hair at the moment, the missus likes it but i want to shave it, at least i will want to in 8 weeks time when i look better. Its slowly starting to spread over my shoulders onto my back...monkey boy! Disregarding the hair i didnt realise i looked quite as bad as the photo's show. No point in shaving hair off and getting a tan until i'm looking half decent so today was the first day of my eating clean mission. I'm still not going to be weighing food, just using the 'look' of portion sizes as a rough estimation. I'll be eating 5 meals each day spaced 3 hours apart and each aprox 600 - 700cals (3500 ish/ day). Each meal will consisit of quality protein, low glyc carbs and some veg/ fruit/ salad along with some healthy fats. I've dropped all dairy and all wheat - seems to make me hold water. I can usually drop about 10lb over 2 weeks that way Struggling with money at the moment so going to have to stay on the pro mass i've got until it runs out then i'll go onto whey, recon i've got a good few weeks of pro mass left. This will be pretty strict over 6 days of each week then on the sunday i'll eat pretty much whatever i like. My training routine will stay the same until i need to change it but i may include an early morning walk (hopefully with the dog if it gets out of bed) each morning prior to breakfast. Not going to be using fat burners, no need at this stage plus i still want to be adding size. I know thats a hard one to do but at this stage it should be accomplishable until i get nearer the max ammount of muscle my body is used to. Also no gear at all involved up to now so in a few months time it is an option - i'm undecided yet! Thu training DB mil press: 40lb x 15, 82.5lb x 12 Seated lat raise 35lb x 13 Press behind neck 60k x 15 Cable lat raise 1 large plate x 11 DB Shrug 120lb x 15 DB Skull crusher 30lb x 15, 50 x 15 Pushdown 8 discs x 15 Reverse 1 arm p.down 2 large holes x 15 Bar dips x 15 Crunches x 30 Friday - back and Rear delts (different gym) 'V' chins x9 BB Row 60x15, 105kx15 Wide pulldown 65k x 15 DB Row 50k x 15 Close Pulldown 65k x 15 DB Rear fly 17.5 k x 15 Cable rear fly 15k x 15 Deads 100kx 10 160k x 12 * Hypers 25 Sidebends 15k x 25 * Very impressed with the deads, using wrist straps though, cant help thinking that its cheating a little!
