Im not sure, when i competed i think i was a tad under 15 stone and arms were about 18. Waist was alot smaller 30.5 but not sure about the rest. In terms of off season i dont think i'm as big although i'm not too far off. Hopefully now i've got my diet sorted i'll drop the crap i'm carrying around then i can make a better assessment. Also i have to keep in mind that when i was at my biggest i was on gear and a bit of gh here and there. Not taken anything for more than a year now so cant expect to be as big. What i'm considering is getting in a reasonable condition from the diet i've been on since monday then slowly increasing quality cals to gain size without the crap. This may involve some AS but its a while off yet. Training on monday and tues went well, can actually feel stiffness in my calves today which doesnt normally happen, only got to do some cardio today so will do a run or bike tonight. I'll give it three weeks from this coming monday and i'll post a second lot of pics up to see if there is any improvement. I'm having the usuall start to being on a diet where i actually feel better for doing it, wont be dropping carbs too low and will be having a cheat day on sundays so really that feeling should continue. Also i get a sort of self righteous feeling that i'm eating healthy lol Hopefully by the start of june i should have a decent level of definition, nothing like contest ready but would like to get down to aout 8-10% before slowly trying to add quality size without going much above 10%.

You'll get yourself a reputation young lady! I know i'm getting back into it cos i can sit there quite happy eating chicken and rice while helen has something from the chippy! Has to be said though i'm looking forward to having a cheat day on sunday but when it comes i wont fancy anything bad - its like being a kid if i know i can have it i dont want it! Did cardio last night, an hour on my bike with the GF, had a couple of home made lean beef burgers and a baked spud with broccoli then went to bed -stops me getting night time munchies!

bit of a crap session yesterday, well thats a bit harsh. Its just that in both soulder pressing movements i didnt improve and my right side felt weak. Isolation exercises for delts and all tricep exercises went fine. I'm putting it down to working in the garden that day doing lots of pruning over head, nothing hard but use my right hand all the time so i'm blaming that for why that ahoulder was tired doing overhead stuff. Back today and i feel really tired, think i need to up cals more during the week, still nice and clean but like i said i'm not tring to get ready for a contest just trying to get down to a reasonable condition before i look to grow, no point building underneath a layer of fat! Back today, got 12 reps with 160k on deads last week, want 15 today. Dont feel to great today so will go in the car rather than bike it.

not been a great weekend really, felt bit ill fri so left training till sat when i felt worse, as a result i've not trained since thursday and i feel guilty now. I'll be training tonight, going to have to just do monday wed and fri this week cos of other comitments but will just change my split a little so i still get everything done.

Good session yesterday, did chest and bi's felt really strong, decided to go a bit heavier than i have been just cos i was in the mood more than anything. Not monster lifts but managed 7 with 120k on bench and 10 with 50k on inc DB press straight after - not bad for me as my chest is quite weak. Food hasnt been quite as clean as i would like, its not been bad but i've not been as strict as i could be. I am looking more cut though, not loads but i can notice that my belly although still hairy is alot flatter!

Yeah, friay sat was wierd though. Sort of like a hangover at first (without the prior nights fun) then sort of sweaty and shaky on sat. All this eating healthy is bad for you!

well at least i'm back on track now, didnt train yesterday as was really busy, will do tonight and fri, hopefully thu as well cos i got more than i thought i would done on tue. Still in two minds what i want to focus on (eternal dilema of wanting to get bigger and lose fat at the same time). Still want to get fat down but want to get bigger as well. I hate me! I think the way things are going time wise i might change my routine to a 5 day one and just do one body part each day, i think this should be easier to fit in with lifestyle at the moment, only prob being i'm aware i'll have to keep an eye on overtraining. Thinking of doing chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs (one one each day) not sure yet will keep everyone posted!
