Thanks for looking in on my journal Elsa - it's great to know that I've been a motivation for you, it's made my day I've got tons of positive energy and am so much looking forward to seeing my body transform - it's like the excitement of a small child at Christmas
Will keep looking in your journal to see your progress

You've made me very happy now. I didn't think I would get such positive feedback. It's very motivating and it makes my belive more that my destination is within reach.... Unless you're all just being awful kind thought really pissing yourself laughing

Today was a good start :) Woke up at 5 am this morning!!! Think I'm still abit jetlagged... I jumped on my wonderful brand new cardio machine for about 45 min. Machine was making all kinds of noises and did not run as smoothly as I thought a new purhase would. never mind... I got through it and I'm gonna wear it down till its only dust left of it hehe :)

Off to work at 0730 and straight to play squash at 3 pm :)

Did Chest and triceps after, but not a very good work out I have to admite. Was getting tired at this point but I did following:

Chestpress machine: warmup-15kgx20x2, 30kgx10x2, 35kgx8
Flyes DB: 6kgx10x2 (Think a trapped nerve in right arm is causing problems....)
Tricpespress Cabel: 10kgx15, 15kgx12, 9 17.5kgx4
Dips w/legs up: 8x2
Situps: 20x3

Not much to brag about but at least it was something.

Diet:

Wake up: Whey protein, herbal tea w/caffeine
0800: Porridge on water, salt, honey (too much salt hehe)
1030: 2 oatcakes, 1 hamslice, 1 turkeybreast slice, green tea
1200: 1 Shape youghurt
1300: 1 coked potatoe, 250 gram quarn mincemeat and veggies in tomatoe saus
1400: 1 oreo bisquet
gym
1700: whey protein + glutamine, 1Bigfellas protein bar... though poorely made(too dry) so added 3 tbs low fat, no suger nat youghurt greek style.. yum :)

Elsa, I don't believe in telling someone a pack of lies about their physique. I'd rather not post than tell lies . You know yourself where your weak points are as we all do. You have a nice shape and some structure already in place. I'm looking forward to see how you progress. Putting up starting photos is fabulous for watching the changes.

Cheers for that, Kitty
I did dread putting the picts up but thought it had to be done to promote a better focus, motivation and dedication. Once you start telling people about what your plans are they expect more of you, and I find it to a good way to reach harder for the goals.

I know that on a site like this where everybody has the same interest it is for sure that you will get sensible feedbacks, but deep down there is a fear of embarrassing yourself, and that was prob what shined through. I guess we all have that every now and again... ... never let the fears stop me though. And thats the main thing

Thank you so much girls You do make me smile! Thank you for the support.
Kitty, that picture is great though! You look amazing If I win a medal like that I might dare to leave my face revealed as well, and not rub it out like i'm doing now
I have earlier tried to use a forum similar to muscletalk, so it's not the first time I've tried posted pics for feedback. However, I have to say that after joining this forum I feel alot more accepted and included. It does make me feel more confident that I can do this

I've told a few of my closest what I'm planning to do, and the rumors are starting to spread. It's good. The more people who knows about it the more focused I get.... Failure is not an option!
hmmmm... It does sound like I thrive on attention from others hahahaha

Tuesday

Been a fantastic day. Beautiful daylight that woke me up at 5am this morning. I was out of bed by 6 am, 1 shake og whey protein with glutamine later and I was out for a frisk walk for 50 minutes. Came home for mug of green tea and porridge with sk.milk, cinnamon, olive and raisins before I went to college at 9am.

1030: 60grams Bigfella proteinbar + 1/2 lowfat/no sugar greek youghurt
1230: 1 small potatoe, some salad, quarn-meat bolognese 250gram, green tea
1530: i wholemeal pita, 100gr quarn-meat bolognese, green salad with home made olive oil dressing... yummy but very garlicy :)
1700: WO- Legs
1800: wheyprotein + glutamine (half portion)
1830: spinning 45min, avg 163ppm
1930: same as 1800.
2030: A handful of jalapeno roasted peanuts and 1 small scoop of mac n cheese, 1 cup green tea

i wasn't hungry, but was invited for tea at a friends house. Always have to at least have a taste....

Well then, Leg time. Did only the basics today. First week back after the holidays and all :)

squats: 20kgx25x2(WU), 40kgx10x3
Lunges: 20kgx10x2
Leg press: 100kgx6x2
Deadmans lift: 30kgx25x2, 40 kgx15, 12, 10

Note to myself: Morningwalk is fantastic and is to be continued to (hopefully) loose excess fat around thighs and bum....
