THURSDAY Sister is coming to stay for a week today :) I think I'll be too busy this weekend to do much training, so I'm gonna leave it all for next week and decided that my countdown for the competition can start than. 12 months to go if I want to be ready for competition next year May time. Gotta get more help with my diet. fair enough to have a cheat day here and there, but I'm cheating all the time and it's not good at all. Don't have any will power and I need to find a way to overcome it. Or maybe I just need to be more organised??? Diet to be reviewed! Find a way that works for me.... Mornings and evenings are sorted... depending on how the rest of the day has gone.... thats were I struggle. I got no routine in my days...

Kebabs My Friday night treat . My local shop do a chicken kebab and then they do what they call a chicken tikka starter which is basically the kebab without the bread but extra salad. I move onto this when I start my diet and feel I'm not missing out when hubbie is tucking into the smelly donner kebab.

Elsa, sorry you will have to excuse my blonde moment!!!! Yep, your pictures are there, and I have commented on them!!!! Hee!! Brain officially fried!!!! Think your output and input is bit sharp for the beginning of a 12 month run in my lovely! You do need to be careful that you can keep it up becaue the last few months are Stricto McStricto! (See above reference to totally losing the plot!) Am sure you will get a feel for what is best for you!

Hi there Elsa, i have 7 meals a day thats including my post workout drink. 1. oats with eggs 2.chicken and a piece of fruit 3.tuna and salad and jacket potato 4 cottage cheese and jacket potato 5.post work out drink- whey protien 6. lean meat or fish and veg 7 cottage and fruit or rice cakes. then you can adjust the portions up or down as necessary until you see if you are loosing or gaining weight, i measure myself and this is a good gauge, your waist is a good one. Drink plenty of water. If you do too much cardio at the beginning it is difficult to maintain and you have nothing to add in at a later stage.
