Elsa, green tea is superb! Try it cold too throughout the day - super refreshing and takes the edge off the appetite too!

WEEK 3: (*1st Progress pictures @ page 3 *Week 2 @ page 6) TRAINING: Monday: Squats: 90kgx6, 90kgx8, 80kgx10 Deads: 60kgx6, 60kgx8, 60kgx10 (took it easy as I lifted wrong last week, and trying to do it right this time. Still abit sore. Pulldown: 70kgx6, 60kgx8, 60kgx10 ChestPress DB: 15kgx6, 12.5kgx8, 12.5kgx10, 15kgx5 Sh. Press: 12.5kgx6, 12.5kgx8, Dips: First 3 ever made Tuesday: Spinning 45 min Wednesday: Morningwalk: 30 min Squats: 80kgx6, 80kgx8, 50kgx10 (Deep on high reps) Deads: 60kgx6, 60kgx8, 65kgx10 (Still taking it easy, and focusing on technique) Pulldown: 40kgx6, 30kgx8, 30kgx10 (I'm getting unsure if I've calculated wrong on the previous weeks... maybe I have to take of 25 kg.. lbs and kg confuse me) ChestPress: 36kgx6, 40kgx4, 35gx8, 35kgx10 Sh. Press: 12.5kgx6, 12.5kgx8, 10kgx10 Thursday: Morning walk - 40 min HIIT Training 10 min warm up + 20 min HIIT. Had to up my intensity to get heartrate up. Incline3% and pace 13 at max, down to 6.5-7 speed to recover Evening walk: 1 hour Friday: Spinning 45 min Squats: 80kgx10, 90kgx8, 100kgx6 Deads: 70kgx6, 70kgx8, 60kgx10 Pulldown: 40kgx6, 40kgx8, 30kgx10 ChestPress DB: 15kgx6, 15kgx7, 12.5gx10 Sh. Press: 12.5kgx8, 12.5kgx10x2 Saturday: HIT in afternoon. Running avg 165ppm, 30min. Including warm up and cool down. HR was 165-173 for about 15 min I think. DIET: Monday: 0730: Whey + glutamine, porridge, green tea 1030: 2 salmon fish cakes 1230: 1 baguette w/cheddar and green salad, 1 tsp butter 1630: Whey + Glutamine Training 1800: 1 big fellas protein bar (w/soy protein) + small portion mince/tatties 2000: 5 choc bites 20 gram lean ham, 20 gram cheddar, can pepsi max Tuesday: 0830: 40gram oats, whey+glutamine 1030/1245/1600: in total: 440gram chicken, 1 onion, mushrooms, 160gram veggie mix, 60 gram rice 1730: 1 big fellas protein bar, 3 chocbites training 2030: 1/2 tub cottage cheese, green tea wednesday: 0700: whey+glutamine 0800: 40gram porridge 1030: 1 protein bar 1200: PWO whey + glutamine 1230: turkey, mixed pulses, tomaoes, 1 slice bread 1500: I peach, 12 choc bites they have to get out of my diet! 1630: same as 1230, no bread 1800: scrambled eggs-2eggs/2 eggwhites, seasoning, 1 slice bread, 1 can papsimax And I'm still hungry.... 2100: 172 tub cottage cheese Thursday: 0800: whey+glutamine 0900: Porridge + green tea 1100: spinach wrap, tuna/mayo, green salad 1300: 3 hob nobs, 2 other bisquets stuck in yet a meeting 1500: 1Bigfellas proteinbar, no fat/sugar greek yoghurt 1900: 1/2 chewy steak, some chips, 1 yorkshire pudding, gravy, broccoli some chocolate at some point here 2200: 1/2 cottage cheese Friday: 0900: Whey+glutamin, porridge/cinnamon/raisins The whole weekend was hectich and can't remember everything I ate. Barbecue on friday and Sunday. Had small amount of carbs and mainly ate protein based food. 1 can of beer on Sunday Working in the weekend did not help my diet and chocolate restriction Disapointed I don't have stronger willpower...

I looked into getting up to the BNBF Northern, from London train is £65 return, coach is about £32 but takes FOREVER, and a month out from BNBF Southern wouldn't have been the kinda travelling I was up for... Bloo*y British transport!

I'm not happy with my weight lifting today. I felt very weak. I am suspecting it could be the time of day I went (10am) and I hadn't eaten what I would normally have done. Not sure if that had an impact or not .....
