Thanks everyone! Feeling a bit more positive today, the sun is shining and the PMT has lifted!

So tired last night I was in bed before seven and missed college!
Will be training my back tonight then booked in for abs class tomorrow so need to squeeze in shoulders and chest and arms still this week!

Its Nixies birthday on Sunday so need to sort out her party and get the food and "in the night garden" cake also have to see if i can book a bouncy castle although I may have left that a bit late!

I will be far far away after the sight I just got in the mirror with a pair of too tight leggings on

Lucky I then saw the pic of the red trunk guy in profile and I am now happy again!

I feel all yucky, had pizza and dough balls at ten oclock last night and Im all bloated. No more, I must regain control so today Im having a bit of a detox, not even coffee this morning Im on the green tea, I have a little bag of mixed nuts and a bag of apples so Im going to stick with that and plenty of water till I feel ok!

I have been having problems with my hands and yesterday was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome, had to sleep with arm splint things on which was quite uncomfortable! (Had to ask Jay to come and strap me up for bed!) They feel quite a lot better this morning so hopefully they will be ok with just the splints and I wont have to have them opperated on

Just dropping in to say Im still here although with left wrist fully strapped up again after Ozzy leant on me. My hands/wrists are causing issues, trained back last night and struggled through lat pull downs then only 2 sets of close grip pull downs and my wrists wouldn't let me hold anymore. I have wrist straps which I have never used but perhaps Im going to have to, but the main issue is curling my wrist in which causes the pain and numbness into my fingers.
my cardio is up this week with spin yesterday and tomorrow.
Going to have a shake up of my routine for next week anyway and change to a push/ pull/ legs.

Bikinis have been ordered and my hot fix sequins things are here but I think Im going to have get some more. Saw a girl working on Millies cookies...(they were for the kids!!!!) with fantastic glitter eyeliner on the same colour as my bikini so will be in boots getting some of that at the weekend. Im planning on the full on vegas show girl look if anyone else is worried about looking over dressed!

Sounds very glamarous, hope your wrists feel better soon, i have tried the strap but find them tricking to get wrapped around the bar etc, but they will save on your grip.

I have gained weight! Im back at 9stone 6 so might be about to hit the panic button, I know whats done it and its all my fault and I need a kick up the arse! But I did 2 spin classes last week

So I have my rice and tuna for work, and I will not be "adding" to it!
I have my project proposal due in on Wednesday so the start of this week is not going to happen gym wise so diet HAS to be 100% well it has to be from now on if I want to drop 14 lbs in 10 weeks.

Your right, I want to see that bikini on and lookin good-although I need to do something with the top to shape it a bit and its going to get saggier yet!
Have yet to train this week with my project proposal being due yesterday (it was late arriving there at 00.00) so I am going to do an upper lower body split tonight and tomorrow so everything gets done then start the new split next week.

hey jess, just had a flick through your journal, firstly I wouldnt worry to much yet about your little slips that youve had but obviously theyve got to stop unless its a pre planned cheat meal, have you thought about maybe getting a picture of someone that you would like to look like by comp time? print it off and put it in the kitchen, then every time you want to have a bingh eat, the picture in the kitchen could help stop you from reaching for the crap (I so wish I could follow my own advice! )

Just checking in. All going reasonably well, fantastic back and bicep session last night. 35kg on bent over rows (although with 4 rep sets!) Dead lifts and a final drop set on the lat pull downs to finnish it off (tricky for me with my wrists now). Legs are going to be at the end of the week as I hurt my ankle falling down the stairs on Monday morning (missed the last step)

Chest and shoulders this evening and perhaps an abs class depending on what time I get there.

Diet a bit off as I seem to have eaten everything so Im just working out what I can have for breakfast, might have to go with a tinned pineapple smoothie.

Jess is your smoothie containing milk? You really need to think about cutting it out at some point now time's ticking on...

Wish I could still Deadlift while dieting, I just don't have the energy at all! Glad to see all's well and your raring to go...

only a bit! Like I said empty cupboards and fridge it was like melon sludge (I found some very iced frozen fruit!) the blender was going but nothing was moving! I had to eat it with a spoon... rice, tuna and salad for snack and lunch, cod and vegis for dinner but I need something now before I go for my waxing....guess I will have to go with whey (theres about two scoops left!) I need to get to Tesco!

just to say im still alive although my life has turned upside down these last few weeks. No hope for the centrals, could give the NPA a go in September but would need to find the motivation from somewere and at the moment I dont see that happening.
