Been training six years. Not all of it for size or strength tho, first 2-3 were mainly for fitness, did a lot of running, circuit training etc. I don't really do much for GE. I try to help people by answering questions about GE products on the forum and help choose testers. Have run a couple of tester cycles on new products and given feedback. Stuff like that.

Fair do to Mr Stavross he does look "big" in real life I was going to ask you the same type of questions regarding GE as Tom. I'll probably fry your brains with questions in person soon!

Just now looking at the idea of german volume training 10x10. With the good recovery i'm getting at the moment from the test etc i think i'll try it. If i go for it it will be one ex per bodypart, different split, push/pull/legs probably. Was a classic line from your mum mate, couldn't resist.

Started my new routine today, german volume, 10x10 Gouing to split it like this; delts, biceps, triceps (laterals, pressdowns, curls) legs (squats, sldl) back, chest (db rows, pullovers, pulldowns) Today i did: Lateral raises, 12.5kg DB's 10x10 tricep pressdown, 25kg 10x10 cable curl, 25kg 10x10 Really enjoyed this, my arms were so pumped at the end they felt like they would explode if i did any more. lol. They still feel pumped now a good hour later. Different to my usual workouts, feels a lot like i'm hammering the muscles without hammering my body as a whole. I'll be very interested to see how this works and what results i get after a month or so.

How long did it take you to complete your workout? I will def be interested how this pans out for you as most of my training revolves around low reps of 5 for 3 sets in attempt to build strength. Can I ask what your current cycle looks like and how far you are in? Good luck.
