Thanks for all the encouragement fellas. quote:
ORIGINAL: Taz Nice to see your doing a journal Stavross. That is a mental amount of volume. How long did it take you to complete your workout? I will def be interested how this pans out for you as most of my training revolves around low reps of 5 for 3 sets in attempt to build strength. Can I ask what your current cycle looks like and how far you are in? Good luck. Thanks mate, it took less than an hour, the weights are pretty light so rest is fairly minimal. also only three exercises. Cycle started as test e 500mg ew with mast 400mg ew, sd and clen for first three weeks. I realised after a while i was doing 800mg mast by accident, lol, so i've just kept it the same. Have run out of test e now so using 650mg of sust per week (325mg/ml), back onto clen too. My training has been very similar to yours for the most part, lower rep range, heavy weights etc. Want to try something different.

That’s not too bad at all, I thought it would be taking you longer than that tbh. Pmsl at 800mg mast!!! I suppose your enjoying it though as you have not dropped it? I take it you used SD as a kickstart seeing as it takes a while for test e to get working? But what was the reasoning behind the clen right at the start? I also se you are back on clen now, I know what the compound is used for I am just interested in why you have chosen to run at the times you have? This makes your experience with the high volume even more interesting to me. I am debating lowering my weights and pushing up the reps (maybe to 12/10/8) throughout pct and until I start my new cycle in May. Main reasons is to give me a rest from high weights as been lifting as heavy as possible since Jan, concentrate on form before next cycle and I am hoping my back can sort itself out 100%.

Using the clen as i am sort of "cutting" through this cycle. I came off it because i was getting bad cramps in my legs. I'm taking 8 potassium tabs per day now though and that has cured the cramps. What's up with your back?

Ok mate. Tom is in for Saturday. He suggested a training session in Olympic on Saturday as well. Do you fancy coming over for it prior to the night out?

Fair play, I was wondering if there was a reason why you were using clen like that and now I know it is down to cramps lol!!!! I hate the ones you get in the middle of the night in your legs they are the worst lol!!!!!! Im not sure if I injured it doing deads or if it is to do with my chair at work. It could be a bit of both tbh. The pain is right at the base of my spin and it becomes painful at the moment when doing deads and bobbr are the worst. I am almost back to 100% as no pain on squats now. On a side note I lower the weight of my bobbr today and did a set of 10/8/6 at 85kg and experienced no pain in my back and my arms felt super pumped lol!!!!!
